When Oda brings back an old character, he hints on it, that happened with Jango and Fullbody, that were present in the backstage of Marine ford. Something, a small hint, a cover story, we have absolutly Nothing to say he will return for sure, and he HAS been mentioned.
Of course one piece has a LONG LONG way to go and many years ahead, so we may know of him somewhere in the far future, but that is a Far, really far stretch of your claim that he would return a Shichibukai.

What I DO have a problem with is claiming he will come back a Shichibukai, and basing thar argumment on the "we don't know what he has been up to in the last two years theory". I MENTIONED Don Krieg and Apis, because the same theory could be applied to them
