I don't know if anyone has done this (thread search and just looking didn't come around for me), but might as well see if this goes anywhere. 
The rules here is to post artwork and post random dialogue for the artwork of others while expecting dialogue for your own art from others.
For example, I'll use my own avatar as the first artwork in this thread:

Now any of you guys can post any dialogue of your choice between the two characters of mine. No need to feel like choosing the words just to the artist's taste, have some fun!
Some ground rules at least:
-The art can be anything (original, fanart, etc) as long as dialogue can be used there…Unless you really want to be creative.
-Be sure to quote the artwork you want to do for the dialogue, as to prevent confusion. Plus, you can use any artwork in the thread.
-No dialogue that could be hurtful to the artist. You can say anything badass or funny etc on the art as long as it honestly doesn't question the artist's ability to draw.
-Optional but feel free to comment the art as well as adding dialogue. If you like it, don't be afraid to show you enjoy it! 
-Have fun, and don't be a stick in the mud! (I doubt that but what the hey?)
