well, yes, it starts out as a soft version of music…i don't know too well, because i haven't listened to it all the way through. Music isn't one of my favorites at all. <_< I didn't like it much. So, I kinda laid of even the instrumental one...maybe when it gets to the middle?

Yeh, I think you're right. I remember I was pondering this question not too long ago, & searched around all the music collections & couldn't find it, because I actually hadn't noticed before that Usopp's 'wanted poster' theme was attached to the last few seconds of Nami's theme.
So I thought there was an outside chance, that Vivi's little ad break theme would be hidden away somewhere in one of the music & song collections. But no, I guess it was just never included.
I wonder if it isn't on one of the movie OSTs, then ? But then it'd only be the third one…
