Defintely Smoker although Kizaru and Aokiji are a close second.

Bah, I can't vote but I think I like Kizaru the most, if I was DF user of his calibre I think I would be just as laid back but yet have that domineering sense of justice.

Akainu, he is just brutal. Fights for what he believes is right, loyal, and will stand his ground no matter what. Awesome.
He also killed Ace.

Smoker! His "TELL THEM TO EAT SHIT" line just made me fall in love with him. And you can't deny, he's pretty sexy.

God I love the Marines. Favorite might have to be Kizaru. Perfect Lawful Neutral character. I know he doesn't exactly have depth (so far), but he's got some of the most bad ass scenes so far and a wicked cool Logia fruit. I wish there was an awesome competitive One Piece fighter, I'd definitely play as him. I even love his voice. Always like "ooooh" and "ahhhhhhhhh." Weirdly scary.
Other people's favorites like Kuzan, Smoker, Tashigi, and Garp all took a while to catch my eye, but after many rereads, I like them a lot now. T-Bone is a beast…I need more!!
Finally, recent addition: Vergo is one of my favs now for sure. I love those cold terminator types. And rikishi ki.
