Well, I searched that thread and in none of its 7 pages they mentioned this OVA was being fit between Triller Bark and the Archipielago.
It makes sense since the images has Thousand Sunny.

This'll definitely be fun to watch! I can't wait! I wonder if any of Oda's other One-shots will make appearances in One Piece in the future. I mean, Ryuma (Originally in one of Oda's one-shots) and this are the only ones so far.
