Exactly. The realities of life. We hide the truth like were in shame of it, but kids are just going to find out about these truths anyway. Kids still run around and pretend to play war and sword fight all the time. It's just such a joke to lie like kids like this. Them seeing Helmeppo pointing a gun at Coby and that's too much for them to handle? Oh god…

Agreed, and yes they have have to deal with it sooner or later. They have to accept that there is a balance to everything (love and hate, happiness and sorrow) and they can't erase an emotion because it is seemingly bad but sometimes necessary to improve. Speaking of realities check this out its really interesting.

In chapter 388 Cocolo said "The world will be astounded by something that nobody has done in past hundreds of years." So someone already infiltrated Water Seven. Why don't we know about more such things? It really is like the world of One Piece has begun with the crimes of Gold Roger and other legends who lived in that era, and before that nothing EVER happened. The only exception I can think of just now is Kagara and other people of that Jaya arc, the whole conspiracy thing and Joy Boy. Oda is missing a lot of opportunities here. There can't be enough awesome, legendary old farts.

I'm pretty sure she said ''nobody ever infiltrated the judiciary island since it's creation 800 years ago'' or something along these lines.At least that's what she says in the anime(I rewatched that arc a few weeks ago),I don't remember her exact words in the manga though.But I advise you not to trust old scans they are full of mistakes.

Watched the episode and read the chapter, she said my thing in both. It doesn't change my point if it is a mistranslation, though. It even would strengthen it.

Too many good characters for 3 just main villains who all could have been one shot and therefore this arc should have lasted not more than half a year.

15 years of One Piece and you guys still complain about not enough antagonists? Some of you guys forgot that One Piece is an Adventure. I don't get such comments. Seriously, are you read One Piece because you want to see fights? Isn't there anything else you like about One Piece? Apperently not if you say "PH is overrated as Hell". PH has flaws but they make PH just not perfect(mybe only in Oda's book^^). I can't see why PH is "overrated AS HELL" if one actually cares for One Piece. Maybe you guys expect way too much "cool" stuff and "epic" shit that you miss the funny things and the interactions.

I also don't get the hate for Law. And i also never noticed some kind of overdose, atleast not in a annoying way, some guys speak of. Oda has his characters and involves them in the story. I can't think of a szene were it woul justify the word "plot"ope no mi. If he can he can. I found "Scan" weird. But it's more simple, and costs less Panel/Pages, than fuck them all up before they make their calls. So, as long there is a alternative to "Scan" i'm fine.
Oda gave us no reason to care for Law. Plain and simple.

Straw Hats running 80 percent of the arc.

Yeah, degrade these pages to "Strawhats running". If you can't get along with the characters, than these pages are indeed only "Strawhats running".

And there are some awesome actions in PH and you don't like it? Seriously? They are short, but awesome enough to pay us for the shortness. I can't understand any of that…at all. We don't need to go "fucking yes, PH is amazing as fuck", but you exaggorate it the other way around.
Law one shots Vergo was weird, though.
