I am suggesting that you put up an advertisement board were ppl can come and advertise their "one piece related" site.

Why not just put a small banner in your signature?That, and to be honest, I don't imagine that many people here own a One Piece website (not counting admins for Arlong Park and Kaizoku-Fansubs). Advertising your site is also against the rules here I'd think…..along with pyramid schemes. recalls that one incident. If not, then discouraged unless it is in your signature.
