I saw a screen where Zeff is Sanji's support. Not Patty and Carne.

Here's the support character list:
Luffy - Dewgong (two of them come out and attackthe guy)
Zoro - Johnny, Yosaku (Johnny runs and attacks, Yosaku jumps and attacks)
Nami - Genzo (same as Johnny)
Usopp - Piman, Tamanegi, Ninjin (Piman does the same as Yosaku, Tamanegi shoots rotten eggs at the opponent and confuses them, Ninjin same as Johnny)
Sanji - Zeff (Zeff performs a few spin kicks on the opponent)
Chopper - Dr. Kureha (she stays in one place and anthing that gets near her, she throws stuff at them)
Robin - arms w/guns, Mr. 3, Miss Goldenweek (the arms are stantionary and shoot at anthing that comes in range, Mr. 3 chases after the guy and hit them with a wax sword, Miss goldenweek shoots paint symbols at the oppoent)

Buggy - Mohji, Cabaji (Mohji rides on Ritchie and slashes at you, Cabaji same as Yosaku)
Kuro - Jango, Butchie, Sham (Jango emits a rainbow field and if the opponent touches it, they're confused, Butchie same as Yosaku, Sham same as Johnny)
Don Krieg - Gin, Pearl (Gin same as Johnny, Pearl shoots 4-5 fire balls at the opponent)
Arlong - Hatchi, Kurobi, Chu (Hatchi same as Johnny, Kurobi same as Yosaku, Chu shoots 3 water balls at opponent)
Smoker - Tashigi (Tashigi chases opponent and does Kamaitachi)
Bon Clay - Mr. 4, Miss Merry Christmas, Lassu (Mr. 4 same as Yosaku, Miss MC same as Johnny, Lassu same as arms w/guns)
Crocodile - Mr. 1, Miss Double Finger (Mr. 1 same as Johnny, Miss DF same as Yosaku)
Foxy - Porche, Hamburg (Porche same as Dr. Kureha, Hamburg same as Yosaku)
Enel - Jambure (a thunder dragon appears and anything that in range of it is electrocuted)
Aokiji - bycicle (Aokiji freezes it and it chases the oppoent around the field)
Shanks - Lucky Roux, Ben Beckman, Yasopp (Lucky same as Yosaku, Beckman same as Johnny, Yasopp same as arms w/guns)
Mihawk - ??? (I still can't unlock him T_T)

As for the stages, the uber super attacks at the last part the background changes for the attack. There is no Syrup village stage sorry.

The best I can answer this one is no you don't have to press any buttons while the coutdown goes. To tell the truth I'm not sure what the coutdown is for as I haven't even gotten one of those animations like where Luffy tries for Gomu Gomu no Storm and then just gets tired. You can succseuly pull off a level 2 special in two ways;

1. Grab a diamond that falls out of the red chests (they appear from time to time)
2. At 13% or less health and 2 super meters full

_A support character comes out and will help in attacking the opponent. This helps alot in hard and hardest mode as the AI get alot cheaper with combos and characters with good range are the worst (Usopp and Buggy for example). Support characters can cancel out some of their attacks and give the chance to get your gear together. The support will stay on screen for a few seconds and then leave, they can not be killed but they can be knocked off ledges or into water.

Actually I just GOT THE GAME THIS afternoon and I know how to do the ultimate attacks.. here's the deal iof you're using Luffy hold L1 while pressing the X and O button (since that's his way of doing the power) however… ya' gotta do this really, really fast.... and have a FULL power meter and life doesn't matter

Err... everybody.... I got my facts wrong sorry.... Mr. Prince was right... :(_

Hmm first time actually using AR for something other than Freeloader so maybe I'm doing something wrong or am using an outdated AR or something. I goto Action Replay Codes, Add new Game, type Title and the description of the code then it gives me the screen where I enter the actual code but its different than yours.

I can't fit all the characters into the spaces it gives me, the spaces to put the codes look like this

I don't know what I seem to be doing wrong. I have the gamecube version BTW.

Yay I finally unlocked Mihawk! Also here is some more unlockables.

Unlock Mihawk: Clear Event Battle with Zoro on Hardest difficulty.
Beat Mihawk with Sanzen Sekai after getting hit with Mihawk's special.

Here's a tip for unlocking Mihawk, lure him to the food items so he has 2 lvl bars,
then damage him until he is in a critical state. Then he will use his super
ever so often. His super range is the worst. So when he glows yellow, move
up to him and get pierce by his little dagger.

Marine HQ stage: After unlocking EVERYONE complete their move lists in training mode and afer doing so destroy all the pillars in the stage. Do this with every character to unlock the stage. This will also unlock a a new AI for each character.

After unlocking Mihawk new outfits will become available for all the Strawhats. (remember those sports outfits from colorwalk?)

Arlong : Clear Event Battle with Nami.
Bon Clay : Clear Event Battle with Chopper.
Buggy : Clear Event Battle with Zoro.
Crocodile : Clear Event Battle with Robin.
Don Krieg : Clear Event Battle with Sanji.
Foxy : Clear Event Battle twice with Chopper.
Kuro : Clear Event Battle with Usopp.
Smoker : Clear Event Battle with Luffy.

Unlock Aokiji
Clear Event Battle with Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Buggy, Kuro, Krieg, Arlong, Smoker, Bon Clay, Crocodile, and Foxy. Then play Event Battle again with Luffy and beat Aokiji with a level 2 special to unlock Aokiji.

Unlock Enel
After clearing event battle with Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, and Robin complete some of there move lists in training mode. A picture should flash by of Enel challanging you, go to Grand Tours (tournament mode) and just play a regular tournament, one of the characters will be replaced with Enel, beat Enel and win the tournament to unlock Enel.

Unlock Maxim Stage
Clear Event Battle with Enel.

Unlock Mihawk
Clear Event Battle with Zoro on Hardest difficulty. Beat Mihawk with Zoro's level 2 special after getting hit with Mihawk's level 2 special. You must unlock all other character before this including Enel, Aokiji, and Shanks.

Unlock Shanks
Clear Event Battle with Luffy on the Very Hard difficulty after unlocking all previous characters including Enel and Aokiji.

Unlock Very Hard Mode
Clear Hard mode in Event Battle with more than 10 Characters.

I saw in play-Asia that "One Piece Grand Battle: Combat Rush" is for JPN/Asian systems only, does that means i can't play it (IÂ´m european), and I never saw this game in my country (Portugal).

PS: What the heck is a freeloader? :blink:

Well, if you're going for the GC version, I say get a Freeloader first ( a swap disk that allows you to play foreign games. You put it in first, wait a couple of seconds and then put the game in, simple as that. I have one ) Then you can get the game. They make freeloaders for the PS2 as well I believe, but my PS2 is modded so it doesn't affect me.

I wish mine would get here already as well, I was optimistic and hoped for Tuesday… But it has yet to arrive. Hopefully tomorrow... That would be pretty sweet. I'll be a little ticked if I don't get it by Saturday and have to wait 'til Monday.
