Starting off, this is an old Goku/Arale pic I did around six years ago. I think it's still pretty good, considering it was my first shot at doing Dragon Ball and Dr. Slump.

Nice work again. But just a recommendation: make one single thread for your works. Making threads for every pic you do can become annoying.

I understand that making a single thread for art is popular here, but otherwise, I'm not sure how it's annoying to make a thread for each individual picture, and I'm also not sure if it's a good idea for my art. Whenever I follow people's advice on this manner, most of the time that thread sinks to the bottom without comments. A art thread dedicated to multiple artworks doesn't seem to encourage people to comment on each individual picture, and people don't always want to come back to the same thread to make more comments on any additional picture I add. Separate threads for each picture that state in the titles what type of picture you're going to get seem to be more attractive, and I haven't seen any official rule yet that states that an artist must make only one single thread.

I see your point. After all, lack of comments is a frustrating experience for any artist. Still, I guess the problem about multiple threads is that they fill the forum. I think that's why weeks ago a friend of mine had his several threads of short stories wrapped up in an one thread.

This is a picture that I did for a contest Toni the Mink was holding, where you draw a picture of one of her characters. I decided to draw Daidai, a fan-character from her Dragon Ball fanfiction. I didn't win, but I still think I was better than some of my competition.

Well, the fanfic that this picture is based on takes place in-between the Red Ribbon Saga and the 22nd Tenka'ichi Budokai. In the anime, Goku is wearing Shu the Ninja Dog's outfit at that time, so I decided it would be a nice touch to add some continuity to this picture.
No tigerlilly, the girl is a fan-character created by Toni the Mink.
As an adolescent enjoying his first foray into Dragon Ball, I was sort of disappointed that Goku didn't get any romance in "Curse of the Blood Rubies." So I thought it would be fun to highlight a might-have-been relationship between Goku and the sling-shot wielding heroine Penny. It's almost like a dance, isn't it?
