Is there too much text to read? I'm asking this because the PAL version is too complicated to find since european amazon wont ship to Canada. Anyway, does it matter?
I'm playing normal mode, I have all moves unlocked but I can't get cleared "Make Delicacy assortment" for Sanji Sp move, I have already made 3 and nothing. I know the move wil be completed in hard mode but shouldn't I be able to clear the "Make Delicacy assortment"?
I was able to get Cleared Luffy's "Use Delicacy assortment 1 time(s)" in Sp Move, I know this move will be completed in hard mode.

i have completed OPUC 2 and beat the game in unlimited mode, but because the game itself is at 99% it won't let me redo the game with fully upgraded characters until i have that last 1% , but i can't get that last 1% because it's for missing 2 map pieces of treasure map 10 which can only be aquired by beating a few semi bosses in unlimited mode on island 1 such as bon kurei etc, but not all of them gave me a map piece the first time, and seeming as i can't respawn those characters it is impossible for me to get that last 1%.
anyone know a way for me to still get those last 2 map pieces for treasure 10 anyway?

I´m just talking by memory, but you should probably search the desert, I think there was some kind of claws in the ground, break those with the pickaxe

i can't! , they are dropped by the mini bosses and they only spawn ONCE.
now i can't re-do the game in normal/hard/unlimited mode with fully upgraded characters, the game doesn't give me that option because it's stuck at 99% because of the 2 missing map pieces.
So…can you still re-do the game without fully upgraded characters?
Because as it stands, there doesn't seem to be a way around this problem.

yes i can, but i would have to start from scratch with the UC1 savefile i had before playing UC2 , there is no fun in having to upgrade every character all the way up again from level 5ish to level 30, i'd also have to redo all the fishing rod parts, make food items to increase HP/SP etc, etc.
i can still play the game with the upgraded characters, but then i am stuck in unlimited mode with no bosses to re-fight, only random soldiers etc.
the only other thing i can do is vs mode and or boss rush in unlimited mode.
i really hate this game for not having a failsafe option build in, those minibosses only spawn once and if you can't get the map pieces from them you're screwed…
unless you had saved the game before attacking those minibosses, but there is no way anyone should know they'd need to do that beforehand.
Can you maybe restart the game with your characters upgraded to at least the level before you started the most recent game? Or failing that…
Maybe you can go ahead and defeat the final boss first, then start a new game in unlimited mode with your characters upgraded? Or have you already tried that?

Impossible to find, I got lucky and found a pre-owned copy of part one for £30 the other day, part 2 is easier to get hold off but now I'm trying I can't. The French version is in English and Japanese, it's just the case, but I'm after a UK PAL Case as well since I'm fussy :)

I should mention, I decided to open up the French copies, and after opening it, it's funny how the disc's title is in English. Basically, all PAL discs are the same, it's just the box/manual are different. I confirmed this by ripping the games with Clean Rip on my Wii and checking the MD5/SHA1.
And like someone mentioned before, with the PAL versions, the language the game's text is in depends on what setting you have chosen for the Wii. So if your Wii is in Spanish, so is the game, etc, etc.

If it is the same that the first episode, you have to first do an upgrade of the vacuum

Location: Island 4's fishing spot, 15m and above
also, in the pause? menu you can see all the things/items/medicine/cooking/ect that you have to do, the vacuum should be in usopp's things to make list (the part where you can find things like the fishing rod/bombs/etc.
you can select each circle in there and find out if stuff is completed or if it needs another upgrade etc.
for example the fishing rod needs like a billion upgrades, like getting ALOT of vines to make your line longer, getting a gold reel to be able to catch seakings , and if i remember correctly when you have the gold reel you need even more vines to stretch the length of your fishing line in order to get it to reach a distance of 85-100 meters where the big goldfish seaking is located (which surprisingly isn't that hard to reel in)

Need upgrade it if its a giant flame wall of poison. It's one of the treasure's from a treasure map that gets you the part you need.
I'm in the middle of replaying Episode 1, only on Island 3 though.

because you'd think people would be smart enough to figure out how a vacuum works?
anyway, aren't there 2 ways of using the vacuum? regular sucking and or tilting your vacuum up a little so the suction power is harder and more efffective, pretty sure the 2nd way is how you suck up those green walls and or purple plant poison smoke parts.
they don't go away completely, but they'll be low enough to the ground for you to pass by.

Simply run up and down the lower (or upper) corridor (which is also where you dig out the treasure) and steal from them using Nami's whirlwind (has a 100% success rate on PX).
This will not only give you a map piece sooner or later but also the materials required for the upgrade.

incase you don't get the last piece (assuming here you mean map piece) , you can get the treasure anyway, in order to get the treasures you only need 1 map piece of whatever treasure number you're looking for.
also, the higher you have nami's whirlwind leveled up, the higher the stealing success rate is.

Too bad there is never going to be a episode 3...
Love these games. Definitely one to own if you're a One Piece fan. If you look passed the farming, this game is pretty solid and enjoyable. I'm definitely gonna start over episode 1 and playthrough it twice this time. (Played the first episode once, then played episode 2 twice. Need to check if I missed anything from the first game as well as max out the skills before moving on to the next game.
