Moving avatars…hrm...well, I think you either find one, or make one. Neither seem easy. I'm sure someone can help you though.
You can find out how to set stuff like your avatar in your control panel.

If you have a picture you like, you can use that. As long as it fits the size limit, I'm sure it will be fine.
oh i have lots of pictures….i just want to know how do i make one. like i saw an avatar that has sanji and Mr.2 fighting....im talking about those. is there a special probram i use to like edit the things and make them avatars or something? i would really like to know becuase i would like to make one.
You mean an animated GIF.
There are programs out there that let you make them from existing pictures,
i guess…....do you know of any programs? i want to take part of the the current opening of OP and use that as my avatar. do you know of any programs that can do that?

Yeh, I guess. Though, you have to be specific in what you want, also you must host it yourself, on imageshack or something.
