Is there any way for me to get files that have been deleted without paying for them back?
Is there a way to get deleted files back?

I've got a program that does it called "FreeUndelete." It's done a pretty good job so far, although it does have a tendency to change the names of recovered files.

Here is the download page for it.

Maybe System Restore? Probably not, but you can give it a try. Go to start>control panel>performance and maintenance>system restore.

so that program work Roz?
For recovering files that have been Shift deleted? -
System restore will take a system backup and basically it'll overwrite all info on that computer with the backup. You can even backup someone else's computer on your and you'd have an exact copy.
I'm not sure a program that changes file names would be good. Likely it was made with images or text documents in mind. It will only be able to recover what hasn't been overwritten, since nothing is deleted, just compressed, and marked for deletion and not to respond to any referencing. So it may mess up the programming on certain programs that rely on looking up a specific file in a specific folder with a specific name. So if the program has "reference info on line XXX of File YYY" instead of going to "requiredinfo.txt" it'll look for it, but it won't recognize it if it's been renamed to "recovered39".

When I used Free Undelete, I found my files and clicked undelete and it says recovered the files. but I don't know where to find them. It's not in the original area I checked.

There may be a folder somewhere.
I hate it when you don't know the directory. A few times I've searched high and low for a program(or the files it outputs) because it's default location is pretty much hidden or there's no shortcut put on the desktop.
Especially stuff like video converters. They seem to drop it off in the last place I'd pick to look.

Ah, well I found it, Thanks though!
