I thought he mostly healed this at the rest stop/ party at the end of Punk Hazard. Restorative broth etc. He certainly had no problems during Dressrosa.
It's not like he broke his spine or anything.

I'm just saying cracked bones break easier. And the crack doesn't disappear in a day.

Yeah, ok, people heal faster in OP, but I have a bad feeling Sanji might feel the consequences of the cracked bone later. If it turns out that panel had no purpose or consequence at all… good for Sanji, I guess.

But I was mostly joking in the previous post.
