It's never good to lose such a talented, kind, sweet person as this, and truly my childhood has taken another hit. We lost John Hammond and one of film's best Santa Clauses.
I am happy however to read that he lived to the age of 90 before passing on. Death is a natural part of life we must all go through, and if we must go, we all deserve to live full happy lives. I'm happy to see he DID have a full life. He brought us many wonderful characters and stories, he was honored for his creativity with several awards including two Oscars for directing his film Gandhi, and he was by all accounts a wonderful man.
RIP Richard Attenborough.
And thank you. -
We'd all be blessed to live to such a great age and great career.
R.I.P. Lord Attenborough

All I can say is that some of them are understandable like Attenborough's or Lauren Bacall's deaths due to their age but the loss of actors due to suicide, drugs, health problems or accidents are very terrible unexpected tragedies that are rising in an alarming way (even a well known Spanish actor died in a car crash in July).
And yes RIP to Mr. Attenborough although I preferred his brother.

Yet ANOTHER beloved actor. Jesus Christ. He was such a sweetie, I can't even . . .
And yes RIP to Mr. Attenborough although I preferred his brother.
David Attenborough is still alive.

This is just… :(
Thank you for the memories, Richard. Rest in peace.

Uh, yeah, I know. :/ I suppose I wrote "preferred" without thinking instead of "prefer" and everything got messed up.

Grammar. It's everything.

Okay, this movie wins a point for me.
