That's impossible to produce, I'm afraid. There would need to be some kind of a tracking algorithm in place to register vote counts each n seconds, and the forum software does not come with such an invention. Fire-Fist, our local tech wiz created and ran a script like that a few years ago, but he's not been frequenting the forums in a while.
