Yea but look at this page. Kuzan seems to imply that she may be in a higher bout than Dofla. And honestly, none of us could argue against her being stronger than him

She touch you you turn to stone, she can imbue haki to her love arrows which hurts even logia's, personally from what I've seen I think she's the strongest.

I think it just means that wheres Boa is a schichibukai to protect her island, Doflamingo is a schichibukai who is involved in all sorts of shady dealings.

That's the feeling i got as well, though i can definitely see that one phrase as being ambiguous from our point of view though, in the 3 different translations I've re-read they've all been different.

If you were to say:

I think Boa could be stronger than Flamingo but I don't think any shichibukai is stronger than an admiral. The admirals are the governments greatest military powers. Mihawk could possible be at the same level as he fought shanks.

Well… if Zoro ever is to rise to the level of an admiral (as Rayleigh has), then Mihawk (his final opponent) should also be around such a level as well.

if she does not drive luffy to his limits I will be disappointed but, I mentioned some my fellow OP lovers were very convinced that she is stronger than the admirals. I mean I cannot prove them wrong as it is not a fact but just speculation based on the flow of the story. But I refuse to believe the top govt officials being weaker than shichibukai…I love mihalk the most in the enemy/ rival camp and he is proven to be on par with shanks if not stronger...but not the others

The way I see it, Doflamingo and Hancock are equals. They are the only Warlords we know of that have CoC, and they both have hax Devil Fruits that can control people.

I also have a feeling that people with CoC are immune to the abilities of Doflamingo and Hancock.

Luffy is pretty simple minded so he's weak against attacks like that. But I don't think Doflamingo's fruit controls minds, just bodies. Part of Hancock's power seemed to rely on her targets being swayed by her hottness or being inanimate.

What can we make of Momo "seeing" Dofla in his mind? His eyes did swirl afterwards. There could be a possibility that Dofla is able to tamper with minds in some way.

isn't Coc all about will and mind? I mean controlling bodies means just hijacking your neural system or just wrapping your strings on the body parts and manoeuvre them like a puppet…,I don't know if coc has much to do with that..... As for Hancock, I think her pheromones have no affect on him for some reason..not sure y when even snails can be seduced

I don't think that's related in the same way some are taking it.

I thought the swirly eye thing was a combination of being in starvation mode, but the after image I'm thinking just had something to do with a prior run in with Dofla where he said something similar enough to Luffy to trigger that haulcination. But that's how I read it. Especially after chapter 698 made me think they may have had a run in before with at least him or Kaido.

It really depends on which type of fire and which type of lava you're talking about.

CoC with Strings kind of takes away from the specialness of the devil fruit. I think we need to give the fruit's more credit. Haki is taking too much of the shine as of late.

So with Smoker being consistently destroyed this arc and Aokiji lending him a helping hand, is it possible he'll join up with Aokiji in his effort? Maybe Smoker was never meant to be the Garp comparison and Coby is the one who'll end up taking his place. It's always been odd that there were 2 possible Garps after Luffy, though Coby is more of a "meet him at the end" person than the active chaser that Smoker is.
