Psylocke - Hear me out. Capcom has always had a thing for Psylocke. Including her in several games, despite the fact that she isn't that huge of a character. She has an amazing moveset and a huge player population behind her.
Captain Commando - He worked so beautifully, even if I wasn't a fan of his. He may be replaced by Bionic Commando, though, even though they won't play the same. Another MvC1 roster.
Megaman - I don't care what form. Megaman is a major part of Capcom, let's not kid ourselves.
Strider Hiryu - Practically made his return with this series. Capcom needs to pull every string they can to get him from the mangaka. Another MvC1.
Roll - I KNOW. I KNOW. But listen, she's a legend to MvC. She has her own theme song, which has not been used anywhere else but her inclusions in VS games. Including Tatsunoko.
Jin - Another MvC1 roster, but a wicked moveset.[/hide]

I was not a big fan of Volnut in TvC and I'm a huge fan of Legends/Dash. Mianly because they gave him alot of boring busters. That and Shining Laser didn't really need to be a grab attack. They could have used Blade Arm, the cannon, or homing torpedoes…. something that does not put me to sleep.
