this thread actually brings up a good point that i had not thought about before… shanks was on roger's crew and presumably was there when they made it to raftel... and yet he is now a yonkou, the ones who are trying to get to one piece. so why has he not gotten to raftel? he doesnt want to cheat? personally, i think one piece is the rio poneglyph, so that might have something to do about it.

i agree that the sandai kitetsu may be upgraded to the nidai or shodai. however, it looks like the shodai belongs to one of the gorousei….

ive seen some posts saying that they are suprised at how big kuma is, and dont remember him being so big, and some people saying you dont really know because of perspective. well, i looked back and found this that proves that kuma has always been huge and shows just how big he is.

I was about to condemn it for being lazy but when you consider the massive number of OP projects Oda is juggling at the moment, it makes sense.

There's the Kamakura event and then the Universal Studios Japan event which he's both involved in, then the 10th Anniversary Celebration releases culminating in 10th Treasures.

He's been a busy beaver so I think we should cut him a little slack in that respect.

457 is still a sin against humanity though no matter how busy he's been.

i used the raws and stephen's translations. a bit of a pain, but there just simply are no decent quality scans during alabaster - a shame, as it is my favorite arc.

i think its rather obvious at this point that cindry's body was an actress before she died, and hogback had a crush/relationship with her (the shrine)… then he met moria, who could re-animate her, but with a different personality. shes got the shadow of someone who had the plate incident.

remember the marine who broke zoro's sword? and there was one that franky punched that turned into balls. im hoping that in some SBS sometime, Oda names those marines and their DFs.

i was hoping that oda would name the devil fruits that those marines had on the bridge in an SBS, but other than that, Oda delivers on every account.

i originally thought that it would be whitebeard, but now i am starting to suspect that whitebeard and blackbeard will fight, and blackbeard will kill whitebeard, thus making him the strongest man in the world, and setting up for a fight between him and luffy.

ok, so its been noticed before that whitebeard's oxygen tanks have doflamingo's symbol on them, minus the slash through it. this leads a lot of people to believe that doflamingo was once part of whitebeard's crew. ive thought about this, and come up with a theory. maybe blackbeard DIDNT kill his crewmates on purpose, what if DoFlamingo forced him to do it for some reason? doflamingo has the power to manipulate people, after all. however, whitebeard (and Ace) never found out about doflamingo, which is why ace is chasing blackbeard. and maybe the reason why Blackbeard wants to join the shichibukai is to get revenge on doflamingo? i think there is a possibility. while this theory is most likely wrong, i just wanted to get it out there.

By no means am I downgrading Crocodile's strength here, but a lot of the reason Luffy had a hard time with him is because of the environment they were in. Essentially Crocodile was a god in Alabaster he controlled sand and the only thing around them, was sand. For example if Luffy were to have fought him in Water 7 the fight would have gone much more smoothly than it did. Also even though we know that his previous bounty of 87 million beri's is lower than it should be. That was his bounty when he was a pirate, why because even though his Devil fruit was very powerful, On the sea it wasn't nearly as powerful as it was in Alabaster. When Crocodile became a Shichibukai, it gave him the opportunity to settle in Alabaster and create BW. The reason he would have been worth more when he was shichibukai and Luffy fought him was not because his strenght changed but he created BW, and he was in an environment best suited for him.

Remember that Crocodile turned the entire Palace Courtyard into sand, the rock, the trees, everything. So all he has to do is just make himself a sand arena real fast and he's fine.

The two most likely stories are definetly a Johhny/Yosaku one and a Foxy one (possibly involving Buggy). However, I'd like to see a Cricket/Masira/Shoujou one where they decide to go to Skypeia themselves, if for nothing else but to see Cricket meet Wiper.

I'm pretty sure there are sites on the web where you can get subscriptions, but i dont know what they are, sorry :(

it was actually our 3rd secret project, there's another one who is going on very slowly, another one who should come before v28HQ and v28HQ is scanned ! i'll now have to clean it and since i'm nearly in vacation, no big deal, but lots of suprises sure are to come =).

And I personally think re-releasing the Alabasta arc in this same fashion would be great, but I'd totally understand why that would be too much trouble.

i know Oda started out using copic markers, but im not sure what he uses now. im sure a computer is involved in at least some way.
