Also I never said any of that, but I do think most of the "rebels" are either al-Queda militants or Saudi Wahhabists.

So I though it might be a good idea to make a thread dedicated to the conflict in Syria and to a lesser extent Iraq.

As it turns out, the "rebels" are a bunch of liars.

Also, ISIS is still around despite a bombing campaign that will go on for who knows how long.

I was very distressed to see Anita Sarkeesian on that list. Good lord that skank seems to be weaseling her way everywhere these days.

I'm going to be completely honest.

I think Doug Walker is and always had been an untalented leech. He only became a big name because he was able to sponge off of AVGN at just the right time while AVGN was at it's peak. And everyone else at TGWTG is terrible in one way or another.

Sadly, I predict that within 50 years all the megafauna and apex predators of Africa will be extinct and all the forests will be cut down.

I have a lot of respect for Ron Paul. He was one of the few honest men in Washington, although he wasn't right about everything.

Rand Paul is just another pandering politician who will say anything to get elected.

Tamil Nadu would be fine, because it's already a mostly homogenous state with a sucessful economy. Some northeastern states would probably join with Burma, so they'd be okay.

The rest would be a mess. Any breakup of India would cause many wars and result in enormous ethnic cleansing.

Well the thing about India is that it isn't really a country so much as it's a conglomeration of different races, religions, and linguistic groups who prior to being united by the Mughal Empire and later the British East India Company had no history of being together. It's natural that such a place would be fundamentally less stable that an ancient nation like China.
