That's the first problem. If you guys are gonna release scanlations, DO NOT go with that method. Many things get lost when translating from Japanese to Chinese to English. Many grammatical errors come up. It's basically falling into the category of being no better than a Hong Kong bootleg fansub.

I know you guys wanna do things quickly, but PLEASE don't use that method for your translations.

Unfortunately it is not about quick it is about time available. Take a look at the site. FH has released over 10 different chapters since the christmas Holidays began. When the year ends and a new one begins almost everyone needs to go back to school. when this happens we do our best. This is why we always make the option of doing a version 2 and tell people to come later. And this is also why we do HQ releases of the same chapters later.

Also, it kinda helps to have someone who's been following the series do the translating, as someone who's not in the know-how may not know the traits of certain characters, be it their personality or the way they speak. Because of that, you end up with some differences during the translating process.

Like that for example. The name "Sogeking" gets lost in translation.

Everybody starts somewhere. You can not always have somebody with a know-how available, can we? i am sure you know this. As time goes on, this new translator will get the know how as everybody also helps out in the way they can. We'll do our best.

This is a chinese-english translation and is as good as Jojohot's scan can be read or seen (watermark issue). Since several mistakes were made in past translations we will start posting translations here to get peoples opinions before using. Also note that this is michiyohayashi's first time translating OP - so fit the names appropriately (eg Angry Face Guy is zoro, snotty long nose is Ussop. Girl is nami or Robin, etc)

No and Late translations for OP. It is just like the old days.

Here you go guys. For those of you who have been contacting me for HQ releases please bear with these for now. All FH staff except me are students and some have jobs in addition. Almost all of those who who do these speed releases got recruited and are learning from scratch not quite long ago.

Okay here is the chapter. Hopefully we get more translators for OP as there are for Naruto and Bleach. FH Site || Click this to Download chapter Anyways back to the rant. Several HQ-sh chapters are in the offing. We hope to finish those by the new year. on the other hand at least one HQ team will be joining the fray so lets keep our fingers crossed.
