Does this mean the user must grant the wishes of anyone in such-&-such a radius, or that they can simply select whose wishes they grant?

Just finished watching it. I loved it; the "simple sentences" exchange between Zoro and Sanji was particularly funny, as was Fake Zoro getting a stitch when running from the Navy.
Of course, the main event was Luffy, Zoro & Sanji vs. PX-5 & PX-7, and…woah.
It really puts that pre-timeskip fight scene vs. PX-4 into contrast, huh?

Name: Tatsu Tatsu no Mi (Dragon Dragon Fruit…and yes, I know this has most likely been done before)
Type: Mythical Zoan
Appearance: A turquoise peach.
Ability: Allows the user to turn into a dragon or a dragon/human hybrid, which in turn grants the power of flight, fire breath, and greatly increased strength (even more so than regular carnivorous Zoan Devil Fruits). Due to the dragon's incredibly tough skin, the user is resistant to swords (swords that are not at least O Wazamono grade will either shatter or be rendered blunt on contact) and gunfire. Also, due to the dragon's magical properties, the user is immune to all Devil Fruit abilities that would normally affect them (e.g. Law's Devil Fruit, Hana Hana no Mi, Ori Ori no Mi, Woshu Woshu no Mi).
Weaknesses: Aside from the usual, the user is also incredibly susceptible to ice-cold temperatures, to the point that if they are frozen for even a few minutes, they will die. However, this weakness only applies when the user is either in full-dragon form or dragon/human hybrid form.

Hi there! I'm Alexander, I'm 18 yrs old, and I live in the UK.
I got into OP through the 4kids dub, and while I'm ashamed to admit it now, I did enjoy it.
After 4kids stopped dubbing the episodes, I decided to go subbed and, needless to say, I was hooked and fully regretted not watching it subbed to begin with.
I have not read the manga, but I plan on doing so soon.

Despite having heard of this forum many times before, it was only recently I decided to have a good look around and, happy with what I saw, I joined.
