I am loving this arc. Bring all the exposition. With the giants (and Elbaf presumably being the next island) being linked to the revolutionaries, fish-men not only being (re-)connected to Mary Joa but also to the lost civilization(?), and Vegapunk continuing to casually tease the Void Century, it seems that Oda is really gearing up for endgame. How many years left of his five-year-plan?

Since I don't for one second believe that Kidd will be the only one to go to Elbaf (or Kidd might actually decide to not land there, as indicated in this chapter), I think that the unknown person Vegapunk was calling is a giant with an eternal port to his homeland.
After all, what better or more secure place to go into hiding than the land of the giants, especially when they have the library of Ohara stashed away for Vegapunk to enjoy?

I had to pause for a second when I read the chapter title. "No way is Oda going to reveal this now." And yeah, he didn't. But what we as fans always need to remember: even though we were already aware of this due to the line in chapter 1000, back then it was only hinted at - now it's finally spelled out directly: Luffy has a dream that's unrelated to becoming the Pirate King (aside from wanting to become Pirate King in order to achieve this dream). One final mystery for the ending of the story that we can look forward to.

And yes, the crew spending time together! I missed that. It's been too long.

Bonney showing up makes for an interesting development. I'm in the camp of thinking she's way older than she lets on because of her devil fruit... void century old. If so, I'm thinking she and Robin will get along well.
