I agree, it’s too soon to complain. A lot of surprising things things, specially cliffhangers, change a couple of chapters afterwards (or more if a flashback comes). Kiro killing Doflamingo, Zoro being killed by the Yety cool brothers… But there’s nothing wrong in theorizing.

Did Luffy died and came back? I don’t think so. But if he did, on his own? Because of his will? The fruit? The hat? Because Brook helped him? (What if Brook’s awakening is helping others souls return to their bodies after they died? Maybe the reaper we saw about to kill Zoro was Brook “helping out”)
Is Luffy now Joyboy? Like Joyboy? Another Joyboy? Is being Joyboy a titlt? A state of mind?
The Cp0 boss was too weak to even try to avoid Kaido’s attack? Did he even try? The way heand the other agent touched their hats, is one of them a puppet (or both) and the guy “moves” from one body to the other (so hw wouldn’t care if Kaido destroyed it)

I don’t think the gum-gum fruit is meant to be any more special than any other devil fruit, just that the WG got a hold of it and wanted to bring it back and give it to some deserving officer. Could have just as easily ended up being given to Smoker or an admiral. The fewer devil fruits out there for pirates to get, the more advantage the WG has.

The fruit is important because when you awaken rubber you can erase a complete century.

Is Kawamatsu down? We haven’t seen him after Kaido hit him. As most people, I assume Kaido is going to defeat them in the end, but I think that it is going to take him time and effort. They will fall one by one, probably because together they can hurt him, but they can’t tank his attacks, and as Kaido succeeds connecting some punches, they will start falling, one after one. After the level tilts a little towards Kaido’s side, they won’t be able to keep him at bay.

Izou is an experienced sailor, with him and Pedro bringing back the Nox, we'll have a Samurai and a Mink pirate crew to add in the fleet in the future.

Marco dying makes perfect sense since his fruit could eventually land on a much more interesting character.

In the end it probably won’t be just a battle against the navy but against the world government, so several countries, and not just crews, will support Luffy. I think wano will be one of them.
Killing Marco just to give his fruit to someone else? I bet that in the future he will join or form an alliance with Luffy. Sanks wanted him, but it will be Luffy who will get him.

Sanji is now a very strong character who was easily beated by Zeff 3? 4? Years ago
Would Zeff stand a chance against Jack? Doflamingo? Mr2? Arlong?

Because of Shuternmaru‘s prowess some assume that Oden was really strong.
Kyros followed Riku because of his leadership? Kindness? Valour? Not because of his strength. It could be the same here. Maybe Shuternmaru is the strongest of the samurais but he wasn’t 20 years ago.
A lot of things happen in 20 years and people change, and maybe because of that it’s possible that you wouldn’t recognize someone you didn’t know very well and who has the exact same apearence

Would need to check the raw, but I remember the unofficial translations mentioned Nekomamushi and Inuarashi being close to Buggy and Shanks age, not Oden. Oden being as old as Shanks would definitely be weird, he would have been a father when he was 11.

Momo traveled in time 20 years ago. Roger died 24 years ago, after 1 year Retired? We don’t know exactly when did Oden travel with Roger. Maybe 26 years ago? 25? Momo was 2 or 3 years old, so Oden could be perfectly in his early 20’s when he fathered Momo

Luffy is a total ignorant and some people on his crew aren’t . Was Doflamingo on Kaido’s crew? He wasn’t! They made deals and I’m pretty sure that he would had backstabbed Kaido if he could. Why would he share information?
As for the relation between Orochi and Kaido, I don’t think that anybody has a clue about what kind of relation the have.
