Luffy was so badass in the end. Wished I could see Bartolomeo's reaction to Luffy when he said he didn't give a damn whether it's an admiral or yonko, he would destroy them because that's what a pirate king would do. Totally epic.

RE: One Piece Is About 70% Complete According To Editor
2-3 hours of sleep per night???
I don't mind if One Piece goes on for 10 or 20 more years, but can Oda last that long with such an unhealthy lifestyle? -
RE: Theories That Don't Deserve Their Own Thread v.2
@uniaka:
The special thing about Luffy/ or just pirate king could be that he is able to get even other kings(coc) under him. So he's like the king of kings.
That's a very interesting thought.
-Shanks(CoC) sacrificed his arm for Luffy.
-Whitebeard(CoC) was behind and supporting Luffy while Luffy was on the frontlines in Marinefold.
-Got Boa(only female revealed to have CoC) to fall in love with him.
-Defeated and got Don Chinjao(CoC) to serve him & help him against Doffy's Executives.
-Luffy then defeated Doffy(CoC) and got him on his knees one scene. -
RE: Things you would hate/not like to happen in One Piece
Bellamy joining the crew(I don't like his character atm)
Shanks dying(I know it's very likely he'll get defeated by BB's crew, but I don't want it to happen)
Shanks' crew losing to BB's crew
Sabo dying(Ace's death was heartbreaking enough..)
Any of the Strawhats dying(I can see some of them possibly dying EoS.. please no Oda)
Old characters forgotten(I would love to see some of the older characters like Vivi again)

RE: What fruit does Monkey D. Dragon have?
I'm convinced that he has a dragon mythical zoan fruit after watching this vid
it makes perfect sense.or storm fruit or maybe weather fruit. haven't seen him create anything other than lightning or wind, so I think it's storm-storm fruit
so either dragon mythical zoan fruit or storm-storm fruit.

RE: Next Bounty Predictions (Dressrosa Arc)
So then, according to you, since alabasta was saved by Luffy he shouldn't have gotten a bounty increase. Cuz its literally the same thing. The only difference is the public knows about it, which really doesn't change anything cuz the WG knows exactly what they did in Alabasta which is why they raised the bounty. No matter what the public thinks they are going to get a bounty raise. Even more so considering that the WG wasn't able to cover up the fact that one of their warlords was doing really bad stuff. Which in turn makes them look bad.
Difference is, very few people know it was actually Luffy who defeated Crocodile. The marines took all the credit. Fujitora, however, openly admitted he did nothing and it was the Strawhats & Law.
I'm not going to argue, I understand Cannon's point, and I agree they might get a higher bounty. I think after Zou arc thoug, if there is one.

RE: Next Bounty Predictions (Dressrosa Arc)
And guess who's in trouble with the WG and Akainu now? The people who can discredit an Admiral at any minute?
Fuji saying that Luffy and Law saved a country does not mean they won't get a bounty rise. This is the equivalent of a chief of police saying that a serial killer is a hero because he killed the local mafia boss.
Heck, Emperors do this shit all the time by taking over countries (like Whitebeard with Fishman Island) to protect them, yet you don't see the likes of Whitebeard being defended by the general public. The public doesn't know why Luffy saved a country after all, so it's impossible for the WG to get a bad image from giving a bigger bounty to Luffy.
Allowing Luffy and Co. to get away with this without any consequence would be beyond terrible for their public image. There's a reason Akainu ordered Fuji to go after them.
Raising the bounties of pirates that saved a country is equivalent to listing the killing of the mafia boss as a crime committed by the serial killer. Ofc it doesn't excuse the serial killer from his previous crimes, but it should at least be acknowledged that he's killing other bad guys and shouldn't be listed as another crime.
The case with the Yonkos inhabiting islands is different from Luffy saving Dressrosa. It can be assumed by the general public that the Yonkos only do this for their own benefit since they rule over the islands. It's different with Luffy and Law though. They saved Dressrosa, but didn't take over it. King Riku still remains the king. They didn't gain anything from it.
And yes, Akainu did order Fujitora to capture Luffy and Law or he would be banned from all the marine bases. But Fujitora pretty much responded with "sure, ban me from marine bases, im not capturing them".Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see their bounties raised. But atm, I just don't see that happening after Fujitora credited them for saving Dressrosa.
Maybe during the Zou arc the Strawhats and maybe Law will do something which the WG will twist into a crime and use that reason to raise their bounties. -
RE: Next Bounty Predictions (Dressrosa Arc)
They can't admit that criminals saved one of their countries.
But they sort of did.
Fujitora, at least.

RE: Next Bounty Predictions (Dressrosa Arc)
As much as I'd like to see a bounty increase, I don't see it happening after Fujitora admitted it was the Straw Hats that saved Dressrosa. It'll give the WG a really bad image if they raise the bounty of pirates that just saved one of its countries.
