Normally i don't post (see join date), but possibility of contribution brought me from the depths of the lurking ocean.

Greg, the student-built library in my colege has about 200 issues of jump right there doing nothing. AFAIK (i.e. I know zero japanese, and can merely recognize most hira/katakana) they're from about the middle of skypiea to near the end of water 7. If you need anything from that timeframe, just ask. I'll double-check to see if those are really the chapters, as well.

The marines and WG operatives are clearly 2 different factions. I'll make this example in the army you have to start from a private to work your way to being a general through participation in wars and many other combat situations, that would be what the marines are in OP. WG operatives/CP9 are more like FBI agents where you can be at a desk for 10 years and then be leading an assassination mission on a president.
