Many series in Europe got coproduced by several european broadcasting agencies and japanese ones. In general de europeans provided the ideas for the stories and the japanese did the animation. Or the japanese just took the stories and did it themselves, and the europeans followed later.

Besides those mentioned, there are many many more.
Calimero, sinbad, nils holgersson, the robinson family, nathalie, remy 'alone in the world', and I can go on and on and on and on and on, which I won't because I really don't know any of the english names for those and neither do I know if or if not they were shown in the US.

I really liked this one when I was really young:

But honestly many of those series and even Alfred J. Kwak, eh especially Alfred J. Kwak, the latter parts where Dolf shows his true colours, I found them hard to watch when I was a little kid, they were very sad. :cwy:

Ah such a pity some people don't like the arc. In my opinion these are the most hilarious episodes ever. I really really like it.
It's a pity the fighting has begun, since those do tend to be dragged out. But I am sure I won't even mind it with all the comedy going on.

Yah, you can sleep your nights well . The show is intriguing. Somebody should had pointed out it's directed by the same man who did Kemonozume. I would have been on board immideatly.

Though I don't read manga. One piece anime hasn't really ever bored me.
But Bleach is getting boring like hell. The only reason I still watch is to kill some time every now and then.

Yeah, this story disturbs me alot. Like a lot of people here at AP, I go to college and knowing that someone could snap like that and start shooting at me and my classmates worries the hell out of me. Seriously, after this I'm actually considering buying a gun and getting me a CCW. I know there are a lot of different views on the subject, but I'd rather get shot with the ability to shoot back than to be defenseless. The police are generally there to resolve crime, so they can't exactly stop someone shooting at me. Incidents like this make me realize my safety is pretty much in my own hands when it comes to situations this extreme.

And who's going to protect the people when you are the one that snaps?
