I wonder what role Crocodile will play during this breakout, I doubt he would be very cooperative considering the fact that the breakout is led by Luffy. I could see him pretending to help in the breakout but eventually betraying them to try and get back his Shichibukai title, seeing as how much of an asshole Crocodile is (most people seem to have forgotten how EVIL he is and only remember how badass he was).

i understand what that means, i'm not dumb. but iva probably used hormones in cannonballs to go back

That's right the War is coming upon us, Oda has been building it up to death, more than Merry's death, more than Whitebeard and Shanks meeting, more than Blackbeard, more than Brook, more than Nico Robin's past.

First of all, let me give you a short summary for you to see how far as Oda build it:

-First, he showed us Ace giving Luffy a Vivre Card, this would be useful to put Luffy in the Storyline, he also said Ace was chasing Blackbeard, who killed his nakama.

-Then, he showed us that Blackbeard is a very spirited man and is waiting for his chance to be a Shichibukai.

-Then, he showed us that Shanks is trying to warn Whitebeard about Blackbeard VS Ace, and that the result will be awful.

-Then, Shanks actually warned Whitebeard, face to face.

-We then saw Ace VS Blackbeard, in which Blackbeard won.

-And then Oda showed us that Blackbeard is the new shichibukai and Ace was busted.

-And it was then, that Oda dropped the bomb, making every piece of the puzzle come together, with one simple newspaper, that told us that Ace will be executed, also showing us that everyone in the world knows that this means Whitebeard will attack.

Now, Oda also showed us that every single great Marine is out there.
Also, they've been hyping Dragon's possibility to come, due to his son.

Now, here's the actual theory of the upcoming war:

First of all, I don't believe Ace will actually be in the war, I believe Luffy will save him and go with the Strawhat's to the war (Oda gave us this possibility, with Garp saying that Whitebeard will go against the Government no matter what)

At the beginning of the War, I expect Whitebeard and his crew to come in the big ship they have, come out of nowhere and attack everyone, but before that, Whitebeard will come and knock out 40% of the camp using his Haki.

I expect all the Shichibukai's dominating most of the enemies they see in the war, along with the 2 Admirals (Yes, I don't expect Akainu to be showed yet, as ridiculous as it sounds, mostly due to the pattern that Oda has been giving to the Admiral appearances, in which Ao Kiji appeared in the preparation for CP9 and Kizaru for the preparation for Impel Down).

About Akainu, I do believe he will be showed in a shadow form, kinda like how he was in Robin's Flashback, along with Sengoku, both of them will be watching from far away, maybe Akainu will serve as Sengoku bodyguard.

Blackbeard is a special case, due to the hype he's been receiving, I believe he will actually prove himself and be the one fighting with Whitebeard.

I also believe that Smoker, Jango, Fullbody, Hina, etc, will be fighting with the weaker divisions of Whitebeard, Oda will probably put some comic relief with Jango and Fullbody, and give us some pwnage with Smoker, Hina, Tashigi, T-Bone and maybe some Vice-Admirals such as Momonga, etc.

On the other hand, I believe that the Division Commanders and some of the most powerful in the first Division will be defeating every Marine that try to comes at them, thus having the Arena quite empty a little later, only letting left the character's we know that are named, and maybe a little 30 more of the Marine's and a little more of Whitebeard's crew, for the effect that Oda likes to pull off, where the Marine's get surprised at the strenght of someone, yada yada.

Then, at the end, the Shichibukai's, Vice Admirals and the 2 Admirals will face the 13/14 Division Commanders (We don't know if the one killed by Blackbeard was replaced already)

Whitebeard will be fighting with someone with a DF (Maybe Berry Good, or Smoker)
He will show with his Haki that he "negates" DF powers while he hits them, as if they were normal humans.

And then, after defeating that man, he will se Blackbeard, he will be in fury over the big demon Blackbeard is, there, lagging with his "ZEHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" we all know and love.

Whitebeard will immediatly start slashing him, showing his huge power (possibly even giving a slice on the floor, that would go against Blackbeard and destroy half of Mariejoa? That would be awesome :3)

Blackbeard will then use Kurouzu, and draw Whitebeard near him.
Whitebeard will try to use his sword to attack Blackbeard, but Blackbeard will use Darkness to suck the impact of the attack of Whitebeard.

So Whitebeard will say "Have you forgotten, fool kid? I have the Spirit to destroy that stupid power you have"

But then, he'l try and try again, and understand... that his "Spirit" has just been sucked.

Blackbeard will then use Blackhole and suck Whitebeard and all his partners, while laughing "ZEHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"

Ace will finally come with the Strawhats, but when he came, no one will be there, only corpses. guys severly damaged, and Whitebeard nowhere to be found.

Ace will read the Newspaper later and find out that Whitebeard was killed/captured (I don't believe in the captured meaning, because that would be pretty stupid, if it was in Impel Down, Ace could go there easily, as Luffy did go, and there's no worse prison than Impel Down, so killed would make more sense)

Meanwhile, Dragon captured almost every single island that's from North Blue, East Blue, West Blue and South Blue, due to the distraction, making the 4 blue's normal again, without the corrupt World Government corrupting them

On the other hand, one of the Younkou has been destroyed, the Grand Line is in chaos

DoFlamingo, Blackbeard, Moria, Crocodile, those prisioners from Impel Down,(that I believe will escape somehow) The Supernova's, and everyone will now be to walk in the territories that belonged to Whitebeard as they want.
The fishmen island is in chaos again, due to Whitebeard's death, every island that belonged to him is in chaos.

As Doflamingo, Smoker, Cobra and X Drake predicted…

The new era…

…

…

…

…

HAS COME

By the way, side theory: I do believe that Ace will join the Straw Hats and have as a dream getting Blackbeard killed for what he did. We'l also have a little more of his flashback that we saw when Whitebeard said "You're strong, join us", and let's be honest, if a Quack Doctor and a Marine girl can be the idols of someone, then damn right that the Idol of a SH can be Whitebeard, the (ex)strongest pirate in the world!!!

i think its about 43 years, it blends well with the character.
also, why does he have such weak nakama's? ace sucks ass (he was defeated by a fatty), and marco seems like a stupid idiot.
and more than half of his crew got knocked out by one single guy.
