Conquerer's Haki probably just refers to someone having an abnormally massive amount of haki. Only those with Conquerer's Haki have enough haki to radiate a knock-out wave with it.

Nah, Ichigo will corner Aizen, get too cocky, then when Aizen reveals that he will self-destruct to take down Japan, Isshin will use that kido used in the TBTP to teleport with Aizen to a deserted part of Soul Society and they will explode there.

Then of course, Aizen will reform, come back, and tell Ichigo that he became stronger, followed by Ichigo defeating Aizen with a final Getsuga Tenshou.
