To be honest, I think the final scene could easily be improved if they showed the final moment of impact and showing the explosion. That would be fine.
I agree. I always tought Zoro vs Mr.1 would be more awesome if we actually saw the final blow too, even though it was brilliantly animated.

She's giving her opinion on the episode, I don't get why people like to complain so much about other people's opinion. If you like the episode, you shoudn't be bothered with these type of comments. I tought this episode was OK with some good scenes. I've read all the posts and reviews, including Miss Saturday's because I like to read other opinions and observations. If you don't like it or it depress you that someone is criticizing the anime, just don't read it.

To reiterate what others have said I find it plausible that it could be either Meadows or Rebecca.
It could be Meadows because:
1. Block A and C had people in disguise.
2. Every character even minor such as Jeet etc have been shown in their battles. Meadows has only had his introduction panel and not one panel of him since then.
3. Potentially Kaido has some interest in sending a Yonkou Commander under cover after the incidents in Punk Hazard to ensure everything is going well at Dressrosa.
4. Dropping everyone including yourself and standing up sounds like an interesting devil fruit ability. Though from the statement from Sabo it seems like a super speed blitz.Could also be Rebecca for the reasons people mentioned:
1. Lots of slow references.
2. Toy Soldier trained her to be fast and she has purposefully avoided hitting people. The fact that she's unconscious makes it seem like an all out last ditch maneuver she isn't aware she possess, perhaps she was able to be trained with this kind of ability.
3. She is more of a main character and desires to get through the tournament, having her in the finals would raise the stakes and potentially lead to some kind of emotional interplay between her and Sabo as she loses ending up in Sabo giving her the fruit.I would be surprised if it was anything other than these two options.

Wow, after a terrible episode last week we get this beautiful episode.
Yeah, a lot of still frames, art was OK, too much "Mugiwara", but the MUSIC….the MUSIC was fucking awesome! Pacing was fine, I didn't get bored at all. And Elephant Gataling's still very good animated. Reminded me of the good and old episodes.
I loved this episode, even though I know it has its problems.

I normally don't complain about the animation, even though I know it's mediocre/bad the majiorty part of the time, especially in this arc for obvious reasons (Nami Especial and Movie Z)…but come on! ONE EPISODE, ONLY ONE EPISODE needed good/excellent animation, and they didn't deliver it!
The Straw Hat's final blow, except for Luffy (Brook and Franky were alright), sucked!!!

We actually see Hody on Noah getting Redhawked. In the manga they were in the water…So its gonna be either two red hawks or they got the location wrong for the attack. Either way, it's screwed up! At least, the animation looks great.

Maybe they're pushing Hody's flashback to 565. I think that's why we don't see any of the flashback on the preview.
We still have 11 pages from 642 and 643, plus 9 pages of 644 (aside from the flashback + red hawk)…that's plenty to work with.
To sum up:
564 - Rest of 642 and 643 + 9 pages from 644 (Straw Hat stuff basically)
565 - Hody Extended Flashback + Red Hawk at the end (The rest of 644)
566 - Chapter 645 and 646 (Miyamoto directing)
567 - Chapter 647 (New Volume)
I'm hoping Yamashita is doing 647, and someone better or more consistent handling 566. Maybe Hisada?
And one special Key animator for each Straw Hat final blow. (I know, that's asking too much. LOL)

There's clearly a connection between Law and Luffy well-being.
The main question is: Did Luffy fall because of Law and the Silhouette guy or did Law fall because of Luffy and CC?
Can I say that I cried like a baby? And I'm 24 years grown man.
Wonderful music choices, really well directed episode. (Who did it by the way?), great voice acting. Art and animation were good too.

I don't get why people say the animation was terrible. The first half had some very good animation, not Tate best work, but still above average for One Piece. And I really liked the story for the first 30 minutes.
Didn't like the second half tho. Got really boring.
Well, for his first episode on the show, the art looks really good. Animation it's hard to say yet.

Humans still did nothing to Hody, they've tried but failed thanks to Arlong. It was a good filler flashback showing more reasons why Hody admires Arlong, nothing wrong there IMO.

After countless "Gear Second" and Ivankov's hormone thing Luffy won't make it till the end of the series . Also how the fuck can the blood flow faster in just 1 part of his body ?? And why Sanji doesn't need to spin to use "Diample Jampe" ? I mean , its a leg not a lighter he somehow needs to heat it up .
You obviously don't read the manga.
I just watched the full opening sequence for Gigant Battle 2, and Shida did a really cool bit of Luffy fighting Hody in it, much more fast-paced and intense than the canon fight. In addition to that, the beginning where Luffy does his ''I'm gonna be the Pirate King'' bit and then runs to the bubble, I think that might've been done by Kuroyanagi, since the art looks pretty similar to when he was talking to Rayleigh in episode 521. And finally, it's hard to tell because the screen's so small and the quality when blown up isn't that great, but the part at the very end (with everyone running towards the camera and Luffy getting stuck between Zoro and Sanji while they're having another grudgematch) looks like Tate's work.
Could you share the link? I've found this one, but it's a crappy quality.
