Well seeing how the 5 Elders and the Shichibukai are what keep only 4 pirates in check of sorts, I wouldnt say they are scared persay, but they know that they shouldnt be hitting the bee's nest with a stick. (If that analogy makes sense).

The Yonkou would/could see it as a sign of aggresion if they see a larger group of marines trying to reach Raftel.

The Dragonball series lasted from 1984-1995. So 11 years. It has 42 volumes.

One Piece started in 1997, Christmas Eve 2007 will be its 10th birthday. And it currently has the same amount of volumes as all of Dragonball had.

Small error, if you are counting GT, well GT wasnt even made by Akira Toriyama so it shouldnt really count… All though One Piece is lucky that tis moving so steadily... now Berserk on the other hand... Im hoping its 1/3rd of the way done... its been around since 84!

Anyways though, I think with the way things are moving so fast and are being revealed I would say in 2 years it shoul should be done. (Obviously this is based on NO fact what so ever and is just a gut feeling.)
