Maybe Aokiji gave him Spandam the authority for the Buster Call so that he could keep track of the SHs without having to watch them himself? He is lazy and would rather not have to watch Mugiwara and Co. constantly. If Spandam asks for a Buster Call, maybe Aokiji will make a trip to Enies Lobby himself, as it would be a sign that CP9 failed to capture Robin or stop the SHs?

Yes, that chapter right before the Arlong Park Fight…

Nami was crying and completely shattered - Everything was so incredibly sad. And then, when Luffy said "Let's go" to Usopp, Sanji, Zorro who were already waiting to strike back and all replied "Yeah" at once... I actually started crying. And even though I've read that chapter countless times, I still have tears in my eyes everytime I read it again XD"

This was definitely the most intense scene I've ever read in any manga!

It really depends on the place. In Japan, One Piece's anime rating and the rate at which the manga sells surpasses Naruto's.

The bad dub, following the slow release of volumes by Viz… Seriously, though, the US isn't the world. In Indonesia, they're up to volume 30! :D
