Buggy had like 20+ years to improve his skills or his devil fruit powers, I doubt he had powered up even by a little. And if buggy was really invited to join the shichibukai was not because of his own power but of his new crew members from Impel Down and the fact that he is part of the late Pirate king's crew and a friend of red hair.

I dont think law would be a shibuki for two reasons 1 because he was there when the terunbito was punched by luffy and they lablled him as an accomplice. 2 because he rescued luffy from marineford and is one of the main reason he still alive.

As long as your name is infamous enough and that the strength of that person is really great you're qualified to be a shichibukai. The WG doesn't care what have you done in the past, and to what we saw on Doflamingo's business we can pretty much say they let the shichibukai what they want.

I actually love history so Juan Sebastian Elcano should be the one credited on being the one who circumnavigated around the world but it was given to Magellan mainly because he was the original captain of the expediton.

I guess you're right but it could also be possible to counter a tyrant's drive burst by countering it also with some willpower even if they don't have king's haki those 3 are admirals so their willpower combine should be enough. It's never been said right out that Zoro is the 1st Mate. In the databooks he is listed as "The Swordsman" but since he is literally Luffy's "first mate" and he acts the job we all call him that.

Oh yah I forgot, but he can't use color armament am I correct?(well he wouldn't need it anyway his a logia) But think about it if logia users can only use the haki of observation that would totally balance the tier in OP world, well I guess King's Haki can be an exception.

I know it sounds dumb but is there any confirmation that Zoro is the first mate of Luffy?, like in SBS or something, I know it has been implied in the series but not sure. I do also think that Zoro wouldn't need KingHaki I mean what's the point being a swordsman and making people faint just by looking at them, well I guess it helps to keep fodders away.
