Longtime lurker here! Since middle school, so 15+ years...haha.
Finally decided to pull the trigger and join. Previously tried Reddit for a little while, but got tired of all the spoilers.
I read a good chunk of the jump lineup.
Fav characters: Luffy, Nami, Sanji
I think Saul being alive works quite well. Some really satisfying payoff imo. It's one fake-out death that actually works. The will of Ohara lives on. :') a very nice chapter.
The only downside is that I feel like the WG keeps coming off as...not as efficient as they used to appear.

A little disappointed about Yamato not joining, but I 'll get over it. There's always hope they'll join later.
Don't want Carrot to join, Vivi and Karoo rejoining would be wonderful but I'm not necessarily holding out hopes for them so...
Team Bonney. Can't really explain as to why I want her to join but I want to see it happen. I think she'd be a good fit.

Now that akane's conquered Fetching Tea, I wonder if this means hassho will be willing to teach her some stuff now. Hopefully we'll see her learn a few more stories before the next big event or whatever arises.

This! I thought the goodbye was rather sweet and I really wish it could have been a two page spread.

I like all the vegapunk designs. Shaka's probably my favorite. Everytime I look at him the main theme from tron: legacy starts playing in my head. Lol.
I wouldn't mind if Kid stayed down after this. I've never found him all that interesting.

There's like a new twist every chapter; I can't keep up.
Gruriko/maikeru crumbs!!! Good. Near the beginning when we got kyoji focus and then koguma focus but when I assumed we would hop to another one of the shiguma squad members we hopped to other events/characters, so I'm happy we might get more with the remaining lads soon.
Nooo he has a name other than Kakeru II/Fake Dad now! I can already feel myself getting attached.

Tbh not a fan of the "training" stuff everyone got. It's trying too hard to be more on the comedic side and it doesn't jive with me. Like, I'm sure they'll learn a lot offscreen but some of the stuff was kind of meh...like ryu's whole schtick with shinzo. And the shion stuff too a little.
