I'm not sure if the Vaizard will actually be needed in this fight already. Not all but some of them strike as top fighters who would be wasted to be needed now already. They will probably essential when the worst case scenario takes place, which would be Aizen getting his Kings Key and actually using it aswell as getting his Vast Lords who he will turn into even mighter Espada then the ones he had so far. And by that time guys like Grimmjow and Dordoni (or what his name was) will have joined forces with Ichigo.

Reeve is the operator of Cait Sith, Shinra's Head of Urban Development. He was arrested by Heidegger and Scarlet near the end of the game for helping Avalanche.
He's also the Commissioner of the WRO in Dirge of Cerberus (in which he has a major role. I based the chibi off his appearence there), and you hear his voice briefly in a telephone call on AC.

Here's a tip for makeup like your Lucci eyeliner. When I cosplay Lucci in a few months, I'm going to do this.
You can get this powder called "setting powder". It's a theatrical powder that you put on on top of any makeup that may run or smear, and it will keep it form doing it! Just do a Google Search! I've been using the same tub of setting powder for about two years and it's still almost full! And this is after five full body paintjobs! ^_^
Yeah, my mum has some of that stuff, but unfortunately there are no good wig shops near me, and my mum would never let me dye my hair… Not even wash-out colour!
Oh well. We shall see.
Careful with eye-liner though. Might be easy to accidentally scratch off when you rub your chin. Since it's Halloween season, you might be able to find a similar facial hair stubble to Lucci's that you can use spirit gum with. Similar to an eye-liner, there's a make-up pencil that Halloween stores sell that's much thicker than eye-liner, since it's used to trace over certain make-up features (i.e. tracing around red clown lipstick).
