I agree that Boodle will be seen next. They'll probably show the Usopp Pirates after that and then in the next chapter, Kaya and Merry, considering having all of them in one picture might be too busy.
Corner Gas is amazing. Shame only Canadians know of it. I also am instantly cheered up by Futurama and occasionally Robot Chicken. Phineas & Ferb is decent, too.

I was trying to imply that the characters are over-used , however it is also true what Airflow say, even thought it is not in most (not all) of the WCF collectors interest to have a Luffy on every set or repeated figures when they could for example have released a unreleased character in figure before.I understand that you guys love Manga and think it's superior to anime and all that, however I am basing my point about One Piece solely on the Anime in comparison with other animes as well ( not other manga etc). So I believe in that aspect my point is valid, eitherway I am not bashin OP , I am actually praising it, so not sure why all the disagreement with my POV.
Grabbing a small book with a bunch of OP pictures and dialogue on each pannel , following comic book style but called Manga, it is VERY DIFFERENT from actually sitting on a Pc / couch or laying down in bed watching OP anime with sound and all. I am not too much of a book fan unless is from Univeristy or other than cartoons/manga. So I think I am in all my right to be just in the anime and still be a One Piece fan. I believe that bashing at someone and even going further as saying is not a OP fan just because that person likes animation instead of manga is not fair and not a valid point. Particularly because they both different things that revolve around the same origin. For example people who likes books and people who rather watch movies, totally completely two different types of people and collectors for all that matters but they both can like The Exorcist (for example, which was a book made in to a movie) and not because one like the book more or the movie more makes the other person better.
I don't think claiming to be an anime person is a lame excuse. I could been someone never introduced to manga and still if I watch the anime everyday I can know a ton of stuff about the series. It is like people who read newspaper and other who rather watch CNN
they both informed and seeing the same news (in most cases) just different format.
Who's to say you can't sit on your laptop on your bed and read One Piece online? It's practically the same thing. You're already reading subs anyways. The anime is infamous for editing a lot of important things, such as
! half of Whitebeard's face getting blown off, so some scenes aren't nearly as powerful. Also, you're missing out on cover-stories, and some gorgeous artwork compared to the usually sub-par animation in One Piece. I do enjoy it sometimes, but the manga has much more effort put into it.
However, I enjoy the anime because I like watching the fights come to life. It's the pacing of them I don't like.

You could very easily and credibly argue One Piece is the greatest Shonen, only Dragonball really matches up to it.
I didn't want to sound ignorant because I don't read much manga to begin with besides One Piece. So I'll just take your word for it. I don't argue with experts.

A manga only begins to be considered overrated to some people when others praise it as the best manga alive and perfect in every regard. One Piece is far from perfect, and obviously not the greatest Shonen alive, but it's easily one of the most consistently amazing Shonen manga out there. I don't claim to be an expert on manga. What I do know is Bleach is terrible, the character designs annoy the hell out of me, and I have trouble enjoying this time-skip Naruto stuff whenever I pick up Shonen Jump. I actually did enjoy Naruto back when he was a bratty 12-year old half-pint. It's obviously taken a turn for the worse though. I haven't read Katekyo Hitman REBORN! in awhile, so I'm hoping it hasn't made a turn for the worse. I was just around the starting point of the Inheritance arc with Shimon before I stopped reading.
Pretentious weaboos who won't give One Piece a chance for its unique art-style don't deserve to be One Piece fans.

Arlong Park is the first real example of the most well known of the Strawhats' different fighting styles and I think the earliest example of what a dynamo of a shonen series it is. I'd suggest they watch the Arlong Park arc, but you give them tons of background on what's happened so far. Either that, or they watch the Kuro arc too since Usopp gets character development in the Arlong arc and it really helps if you understand his personality.

i'm not a big watcher. I like the early episodes where they are weeding everyone out. more comical then. lots of interesting characters. "pants on the floor" guy" That Asian guy that couldn't sing in one of the first seasons. what's this transformer guy about?
and ya, Simon was always right, but pretty harsh with how he went about it.
This guy made a full blown Transformer gear type thing. He could turn into a miniature truck and move around like that. They also had a singing armadillo, among other things. I gotta admit, I love Brett Loewenstern and the chubby 15 year-old boy whose name escapes me. I hope they continue to do well. I could tell from the start the couple wouldn't make it together and the guy was obviously the weaker link. I gotta say, I think Jennifer Lopez makes a great judge because she's soft and comforting, but knows how to do her job. Steven Tyler is a great addition, too.
And here I was hoping for a Human/Fishman hybrid. A Jinbe is fine too though. The Goomba resemblance is just the icing on the cake.

Simple question, really. I was curious what you preferred the Straw Hat crew to wear and what outfits you liked best.
For Luffy, nothing beats his original outfit for me. It just brings back nostalgic moments to me and reminds me of when he was a fresh pirate with a dream.
For Zoro, I love both his Skypiea outfit with the goggles as well as his original outfit.
I love Nami's original outfit from when she first met Luffy, and I'd like to see her with it again sometime.
For Sanji, I prefer his black suit with the orange dress shirt.
I found Chopper's leather jacket from Enies Lobby to be a cute outfit for him.
Usopp's original outfit does it for me as well. Guess you can call it a recurring theme here, huh?
Robin's Skypiea outfit is really hot to me, because it combined her classic cowboy hat with that pretty blouse.
I like all of Franky's outfits equally, and I haven't even gotten to Brook yet in the anime. Sad, I know.

Since Usopp technically doesn't have a wanted poster, maybe he could be the new Sanji. What I mean is, the World Government only knows Sogeking, so if Usopp isn't disguised as Sogeking and is helping his friends out behind the scenes in a mission like Sanji, he can maintain a low profile and not become wanted.

Sanji's dream is to find the All Blue, Luffy's dream is to be King of the Pirates….well I dream to be a great actor. To me, acting is a passion. I know I'll never get very far in life if I want to be an actor, as it is a very competitive field, and I accept that. But I still want to get out there, to be in plays and make myself known. If I could get paid for something I enjoy every minute of, I'd be set. To be honest, I sometimes have lofty fantasies of being a rich, A-list Hollywood actor. Don't we all like to fantasize sometimes? 
Regardless, I do want to get into acting and I was in a lead in a short play last year and I hear I did great, and I'm also in an Acting class at school, so I hope to accomplish my dreams. I can't say how good I am compared to you guys, but if I ever made it big, you can bet I'll still be on Arlong Park to share that joy! And no, I don't expect I'll get very far with acting. I have fallback careers planned, among other things. I just know this is what I want right now.

I'd like it if the last two members of the Strawhats were a woman and a man. I'd love it if the man is a typical bumbling gambler that constantly wastes his money on bets and card games while they're in town, like how Paulie had debts, but slightly different. He could be a strong fighter of a different variety, too. Maybe a blacksmith of some sort so Zoro wouldn't have to worry about breaking his swords. Nami would always get mad at him when he wasted his share of the money and tried to steal some of the other people's. I really think that'd be the type of character I want to see with the Strawhats. Another regular human, and then maybe a Fishwoman or another female of a different race for some variety. No thoughts on the other last member.
Dorry and Broggy have such whimsical laughs, and I'm glad Funimation kept them in the English anime. Special mention goes to Blackbeard's "Zehahahahah". Who doesn't love it?

I mean, uhhh...well even though no mythical creature truly exists, unicorns would be the most plausible I think. That is if you're talking about the friendly unicorns and not the rape-happy ones.
Not trying to bump an old thread, but I did have some ideas for a One Piece movie. First of all, whoever directed it would have to get Oda on board with this, and he'd be on the set all the time, making sure the movie does his creation justice and all the characters are portrayed in the right way. He'd make sure the actors were the right people to play the roles and help with getting the different actors in character with them.
Now, due to the scope of One Piece, I think the movie would be about 180 minutes long. That way, they wouldn't rush on important plot points and could fit in all the fights, except with less padding. The movie would more or less follow the manga, so we'd get to see how Luffy got his scar and whatnot. I think the movie should span from Volume 1-8, so it'd end around where Sanji joins up and they go after Nami and their ship. If there was a sequel, it'd focus on Volumes 8-13, so it would cover the Arlong arc all the way to when they agree to help Vivi. Alright, that sort of gets off everything I wanted to say about this little idea I had.
I really don't know who'd be fit for playing most of the characters, but I'm set on Johnny Depp playing Jango.
