They prepared against the bomber. What with all the potential strategies possible with the technology of greed island, like materialization of the boulder. And bomber was good. Somebody after the fight remarked that "they used some incredible strategy to beat him"; "they hadn't really improved nearly enough to do it without that". Or something like that. Plus, bomber greatly underestimated Gon during the fight. Like, not expecting Gon to sacrifice a hand so that he could hit him.

Morau's so dead. Fighting chimera ants when he's at "40%"? He's literally asking for it.

But Gon beat up the bomber leader (forgot his name) who was clearly on a highler level than him through strategy and determination! That said, I hope he doesn't beat the ant king. Nefelpitou(sp) is good enough for our developing heroes.

Mist Gun can't be a girl imo. Erza's the undisputed strongest female. If Mist Gun were a girl, then it'd be disputed.

What're their names, those two twin assasin girls from FMP? They were seriously disturbing. Not to mention hot.

What do you mean learn to transpose? Just use your common sense, it's simple. Of course starting out you're slow, but you get used to it. If you have musical knowledge, you already know how to transpose.

Since you're playing piano, your scores are always written to concert pitch, thus you have no need to transpose. However, if you play in a band and happen to play an instrument that needs to transpose, such as the horn in F, clarinet in b flat or e flat, you might need to start getting used to transposition. If you have perfect pitch, it might be a bit confusing at first, and your pitching might even get messed up. If not, good for you. You can also, if you're playing instruments similar to it (clarinet, saxophone), play a fipple flute that has scores written in the key you are used to, to get used to the fingering, and when you play Eb/Bb instruments that are similar to it, it will be much easier because you will be reading the note and moving your fingers accordingly, though the sound will be different; playing an instrument with the same fingering as the one that you hope to adapt to (that has different pitch), yet being in the key you are used to, is good for transition.

I'm going to archive this filler arc. It's actually rather interesting, with all the diverse powers. And we get to see some captains in action too. Mayuri, I was especially surprised that he fought. But I loved it.

About this whole gear 2/soru debate, I think the only reason Luffy can't do it in gear 1 is because of the composition of his body. He just can't pump his legs fast enough, as his rubberness gets in the way of tensing the leg muscle to max. However, with gear 2, his physical strength increases and that's why he can move fast enough even to overcome his material handicap.

Either way, his reaction times are the same in any gear, so he can keep up with soru in all situations, it's just that he can only perform it when he increases his physical strength. I'm guessing as time goes by, he'll develop his strength so much that his final gear 1 will even surpass his current gear 2.

Hmm, perfect. Zoro is lost now. Guess where he'll end up: At a swordsmith!
