Hi guys,
I don't know if it's the right place for this, since it's not that much of a "theory".
It's a general thought about the length of the current and future arcs.
We were told that Akainu vs Aokiji lasted for a week.
Most of the Luffy vs Craker fight was offscreened but lasted several hours.
Now we have another reminder in the last chapter that Luffy vs Katakuri is extending over and over.
There seems to be a pattern implying that the stronger the fighters are, the longer the fight will last.
Therefore since the villains ( and the SHP) are expected to be stronger in the future, one can reasonably expect Luffy's fights to be even longer in the future.
This can be handled in 2 ways : either the fight is offscreened, either Oda has to "occupy" the crew while their captain is fighting, what is happening at this very moment.
Since it's hard to imagine that Luffy vs Kaido or Luffy vs BB will be offscreened, I definitly think that the "villains" arcs will be every time longer than the previous one.
Any thought about this?
