Somehow..i think Oda is the most creative manga author compare to other.., He still making mini arc so we know what happen with other characters while the main story keep going…And as long he can manage the story line...not going to far away..One Piece is still the best manga I read beside DB..

Hell yeah..I hope Bill Bootstrap will join SH's crew or Will Turner..

If Lucci is already this strong… I wonder how Luffy will deal with the future enemies..such as Shicibukai or Blackbeard..whitebeard..dragon or might be even the Gorosei..

I believe something like this is a precursor to the next crew mate after shipwright, and that would be a blacksmith. did you notice whenever the crew needs a service they don't just get it from a person they get a person who can do it to join their crew, and now since they attacked te government I doubt zoro can just walk into a sword shop and buy a new one.

Yeah I agreed, probably Bill the Bootstrap will join SH crew or his son Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) would join SH Crew ^^; coz his not Jack's mate either

In the history book of pirates…I read the captain ussually or sometimes often kiddnap navigator, surgeon/doctor, shipwright and musicians..One of them...

Musician is a must in pirates crew..
And also a Copper..the one that made things like barrel ..to storage all the inventory items..such as tins, lumber, sail, food, beer, en more stuff like that...sometimes they also called a cabin boy..
The one who in charges for inventory..a Boatswan..
there's also positions for Vice captain or might be QuarterMaster/Commander
Like in Buggy Pirates

What if the Elbaf managed to do the "Life Return" ^^;
Anyway Mermaid Island would be a fun arc…en who knows All Blue lying there..

I think the rest of the crew would be Musician, Boatswan/Cooper, en probably QuarterMaster / Vice Captain…if Zorro doesn't count QuarterMaster..
En yeahh Luffy don't need them (Kokoro,Chimney,Gonbe)..Nami en Franky would be enough to control all the entire ship..
Navigator is the most important crew in pirates..I guessed.
