Am I the only one who would actually love Luffy and crew stomping the ever loving shit out of Fuji? Forget crushing Doffy, THAT'S how you send a message that Straw Hat Luffy isn't messing around.

RE: Chapter 794: Sabo's Adventure
I enjoyed this chapter, despite all the Sabo. I liked Usopp sleeping half on the bed/Luffy and half on the floor. I love that we're getting a bit of relaxed atmosphere FINALLY, but it's also way disappointing, because we're still missing half the fucking crew!
I think I'd be way more into this chapter if the Swirlybrows weren't still question marks a year and a half later.

RE: One Pace
This is super cool, but I find the main page a bit of a pain to navigate.
Also, quick inquiry! What's the average amount of episodes you guys seem to be shaving off of these arcs? Seems like it's substantial.

RE: Chapter 793: The Tiger and The Dog
So much falloooooout! Luffy and Law pissed off so many people in a single day. I like that Luffy crushing Doffy is so far reaching that it stopped a war and ruined the plot of completely unknown pirates. That's awesome.
Then there are all the setups (seemingly years worth) for numerous conflicts and questions, of which there are so many it's mind-boggling. We get…
- Marines and World Government relationship getting super heated.
- Garp having Tsuru follow a specific pirate crew for an unknown purpose. (probably SH's, but to what end?)
- Someone approaching Urouge in the sky. (perhaps the moon man has returned!?)
- Capone, on a Big Mom ship, commenting about obtaining Caesar for some reason? His dialogue here and what exactly is going on is still confusing and full of questions. I hope this gets answered sooner rather than later, because it probably directly involves the Swirlybrow crew.
- The Kidd alliance is setting up to take down Shanks! I wonder if they're aware about the relationship between Shanks and Luffy at all? I wonder if Luffy would make a move to prevent Shanks being taken out by them, simply because that's one of his ambitions on his way to being King? I don't think they'll be able to take him down anyways, but Straw HatXRed Hair vs KHA Alliance would be awesome. Either way, I think this plot point is years off.
- Kaidou conflict is pointed to as the most immediate threat, but I really hope we don't get involved with that until the crew is reassembled. The shadow I think is meant to be menacing, but I think that cloud is meant to obscure the obvious roof of a building.
- Smoker and Tashigi are taking the PH kids to Dr. Vegapunk, someone whom I think will have a ton of answers for important things in the series. Again, I think seeing him is years off, even if Smoker/Tashigi are only days away.
- Fujitora looks like he's flipping the Marines and the World Government off. I think we'll get fallout from this a little more quickly, but I don't know that the ramifications of Fujitora's decision will be immediately felt. If he is making the choice to ditch the Marines already, I wonder where he goes/what he does?
So many questions and THANK GOD NO BREAK NEXT WEEK! Let's keep this train rolling, Oda!

RE: What are you Playing?
Played a bunch of J-Stars Victory VS+ today and puzzled over the One Piece representation. Who the hell made those calls?

RE: 699: ''The Noble Family - Doflamingo's True Identity!''
Really enjoyed this episode. It had a lot of energy and most of it was actually animated! I wish the anime was like this all the time.

RE: Chapter 791: "Rubble"
So, I'm not a big anime/manga guy. One Piece is pretty much my only jam in both cases. As such, I've basically just read/watched it over the years and I've never been involved in any kind of community surrounding anime/manga. In fact, this is my first one…which brings me to my question...
Is the reaction to this kind of stuff always so petty and whiny? I'm all in for disliking Dressrosa (cause for real...fuck Dressrosa) but is a chapter like this seriously not expected? I don't think it's great, but it's entirely necessary. Is it common for people to just want nothing but major plot point/action set piece or cry 'filler' at every opportunity?

RE: 697: ''One-Shot Sure-Kill - The Man Who Will Save Dressrosa''
Finally watched this and as someone who is generally easily satisfied by the anime…I was disappointed.
The manga chapter gave me goosebumps and it was one of the greatest Usopp moments ever. This...this was a slideshow.

RE: Chapter 789: Lucy!!
Too trippy dawg Luffy should just beat the shit out of people using his karate skills.
This post slayed me.
Anyways, like with every unexplained thing in the manga I think people are taking the few facts we know about awakening and adhering them to everything, even if it makes no sense. Just because Doffy can turn shit around him into strings doesn't mean that every paramecia is going to be able to turn their surroundings into their base "element" or whatever. That doesn't even make sense for a ton of the Paramecia's we've seen. Doffy creates and controls string, which means awakening probably allows him to create and control string from different substances, rather than just from himself, like buildings or the ground. Luffy doesn't control rubber, his body is rubber. The idea that his awakening would involve him turning stuff around him into rubber is nuts.
What would someone like Buggy or Bon Kurei get out of awakening if all paramecia types followed a similar pattern to Doffy's ability?
