Good news!
Thx a lot, ScotchInformer -
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
I also think it was an upscale, but it looks really good and it was the one I saved on GPhotos.
A pleasure to look at from any big tablet -
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
I'm actually really interested in reading Bleach in full color, where can I find that 3056p version you're referring to? And is there any other big franchise that has a fully colored version? One Piece Colored spoiled my eyes so much haha
Unfortunately, I haven't found any new torrent link available for this. It was posted a long time ago on nyaa by a guy (because in Matrix everyone is a guy, right? LOL) called HigherSky.
Sorry, the above joke was a friend's classic. I couldn't resist.
My apologies.
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Yes, they are awesome.
Bleach DCRs with 3056p resolution (maybe upscaled, who knows, but they look SO good so who cares) are a total pleasure.
We need more of these, definately. -
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Awesome news, and I was away from knowing, lol.
Yay!
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
I like the opposite, always prefer Digital AND Digital Colored Edition if possible. RAW or not, but full color please.
They should release everything that way, IMHO.

RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Nice info, Captain. Thank you : )

RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
You rock, Nisemono! Sadly, Telegram won’t accept my assigned phone number.
Work hard on your quest! Some uber quality colored RAWs would be really epic. Thanks a lot.
Of course, silver_planet. Look for @digitalmanga on Telegram. We recollect torrent links from several series
Digital releases.

RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
If you use Telegram and need something, let me know. Ganbatte, lil_kami42!

RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Very lazily put, the screentones look the way they do because this time I did the whole upscaling thing on my iPhone. I don’t have a computer.
OMG. Living without a computer, hard to believe for me
ComputerMan xD

RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Indeed, nice to see all of you back
Thx lil_kami42 for that link, I will check it out asap.
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Congrats, lil
Hope we can enjoy your hard work soon.
Are you gonna use discord to upload or anything else? -
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Same deal as the last lot, higher quality is technically possible, but the difference isn't particularly noticeable.
Hope we reach 3056px :ninja:
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Good news, Captain.
OP volumes needed to be completed for a long time.
Before we find a way to a proper resolution (+3000px) we need them to fix this issue completely.:ninja:
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
My opinion… Both.
I wish we could have OP DCRs with high resolution (as Bleach ones), so we can enjoy B&W +3000px and also color one +3000px (I don't mind if it is translated or not).
All series deserves a color version, it is so awesome.

One Piece DCE v085 by anon. Thanks a lot, pal!
:ninja:
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
In my case, I have more luck. I just wanted the best resolution possible in RAW format.
Same as HigherSky has done with all Bleach volumes (3056px, a few times even more). We absolutely need that with One Piece & Naruto.
Well, and many others then, but step by step, lol. -
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Hello I bought all the ONE PIECE DCC back in 2013, I have them all ! Does someone knows how to extract them to maybe get best quality possible?
This is Big News indeed. Hope you can rip them @ 3056px!
:ninja:We need OP premium quality as Bleach DCR
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Damn, Nyaa does not let me register with my hotmail account >_<
I wanted to tell HigherSky the missing pages I founded on his Bleach Digital Colored torrent (high res 3056px).I will leave my notes here, if anyone has an account I will be grateful to leave HigherSky a comment on his nyaa torrent…
Bleach DCR missing pages (HigherSky):
Poem, Characters & TOC (first volume pages) & Back cover, etc (last volume pages) till v53.
Volume 28, pages 093, 094 (also Volume 28 after double page 128-129 there are 2 repeated pages). There are a few pages on DCR with awesome resolution (6112x4825). More than epic.
Apart from this, there were a missing page on the typical DCE we had since a long time ago. However, easily fixed with same page from DCR, which has no dialogue at all, so… :D!
Bleach DCE missing pages (LostNerevarine-Empire):
Volume 45, page 160Thank you!
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Yes, I think only One Piece has these hardcore fans.
Not interested in Jojo, but glad to know it is translated aswell. Great.I have seen a torrent with HxH DCRs, but not a very good quality like that Bleach one (+3000px).
If double page issue is a publisher's fault, oh my God… ¬¬U... Crazy world.
But what about those different tones (black vs dark grey?) -
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
For sure. Digital Colored is the best. Even more if we have high res releases like this Bleach one. A pity those missing pages, tho. Damn.
Now I have found all D.Gray-Man volumes from Mr. Kimiko (B&W). Nice one, but again… Single pages, and when you join them... argghhhh... They don't fit at all. WTF.
Why always doing such a big fail. LuCaZ was doing it with a little less res (2100px instead of 2250px, still haven't found any +3000px) but at least with WELL MADE double pages.About Death Note Digital Colored RAWs, I remember a (not very kind) girl? from several years ago... albasti?... She had a blog, and was doing it, yep. First volumes quite bad, she used a frame around every page (WTF????), all double pages. Later on she started doing it better, no senseless frame, single pages, higher res. And... I think she was with volume 10 last time I remember...
This is from albasti... _"I used a different method from what was done in 2014. Instead of screenshotting SJ’s HTML player with a fullscreen monitor, I ripped directly. That’s why the images are bigger too (2017 method = 1892x3033 and >5 MB for one page VS 2014 method = 2042x1613 and <5 MB for two merged pages.)"
That's the way, +3000px is the quality we want. But this was from 8 onwards, so the previous ones… Damn._
I have a look and it seems some other guy (mikami on tumblr) upload volumes 10-12, then… Maybe we have DN colored RAWs out there... Let's hope with good quality (+3000px).:ninja:
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Yeah, pal. True.
Right now just reading a comment about how we should always have single page on every rip, because of programs like CDDisplay which joins them automatically, etc.
Those upscaled Colored RAW rips were done double page, because that's the "natural" way of reading it.
I use CDDisplay in the past, but now I'm reading manga on a very different way, so I prefer a mix of single & double (but please WELL DONE double) pages. So… Very good. All different opinions in a moment. WTF xD
Edit: There is a guy who uploaded a very good Bleach DCR (3056px, wow!) but he "forgot" to include the very first pages on each volume (poem, index, etc)... WTF again. You were doing it so well >_:getlost:
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
You may be right, Captain M, but people will never agree how to do things, as they never agree how to rip a single volume…
Maximum res or best quality/size option?
All single pages or all double pages? Or maybe a mix?
Rip every single page or better skipping some stupid ones (blank ones, Ussop's Gallery, etc... because they are stupid, right? Or not?)And all of this apart from bigger mistakes like doing single pages (from double ones) and then you join them... to realise they are a total mess, not fitting at all.
Pages with such a different contrast, some are black, other are grey (talking about B&W version, of course).
Nonsense everywhere.People.

RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
… jesus christ its incredible what we can do with technology now!
Indeed. It would be great to have an original bigger size than 1200px but this work lil_kami made is quite the awesome thing
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Interesting, lil_kami. Thank you for your effort : )

RE: One Pace
i never said using two chapters is worse for the pacing than using one, but cramming a bunch of chapters doesn't make a good pace (sometimes a single chapter can hold out for an entire episode and sometimes you need 5+)
An example of this could be Merry's funeral episode. Only 1 chapter but an incredible direction, "Dear Friends" song just in the right place and the animation was smooth and solid. Tears flowin' episode
And those times using only 1 chapter per episode were the worst they were doing. We didn't know what would be coming in the following years ^ ^U -
RE: One Pace
Do i want a brotherhood style one piece? No, the pace for fmab’s original 10ish episodes is so fast that it becomes horrible.
Do NOT agree again. Long post incoming…
I understand what you said, and of course it's better to have all manga material (WELL ADAPTATED... OP has all manga material and see what garbage it has become) than lose some bits here & there but... Be honest... Do you think for this little fault FMA:B is not a good remake?
Note: And it was only a couple of chapters lost in the process, 3 & 4 to be exact. The rest is wonderfully adapted IMO. Aswell as the rest of the series, not changing the original story as the first adaptation (CHANGE is the main kind of filler that destroys a series, but not the only one. One Piece is again an example of that with EXTENSION).And about being too fast is bad, let's take the example of Hunter x Hunter 2011, against its first adaptation.
At first it was AWESOME to say the least, every arc doing with better animation, better pacing (and yes, this USUALLY means faster, if possible not leaving any manga material behind) but when they reached the part that wasn't animated before (Chimera Arc)... WTF!?!?!... They started lagging everything, pacing goes down like a rollercoaster and it was MUCH MUCH worse than it should have been, because I really think it was a very good remake. They made awesome episodes in this Chimera Arc, like Gon or Netero's ones with awesome animation, but pacing was really bad COMPARED to the previous arcs. And why they decided to do that? Just because it was the first time adapting it? Better to make more episodes so we can sell more? WTF... Damn this world. We do NOT want (no please...) again Goku vs "whatever" looking at each other for AGES, while leaves are dancing between them and the music goes into a climax... And the episode ends... and you realise NOTHING has happened at all ____ (Guess it is too obvious I do not like DB very much... lol).
Anime is not the same format as manga, the same way a movie can't be the original book.
If you just have time for a movie, it is NOT possible to include all things. Just not possible.
Doing a series, you have more time, so you can have it all (good, that's how it should be) but... You can't slow the pacing and have ep after ep One Piece mode, only 1 chapter is unacceptable, less is TOEI trolling as all, 2ch/1ep is One Pace style but IMHO usually not enough (look at the beginning of the series when they wonderfully adapted 3 or even more a few times... Oh, epic times those). Some examples of average pacing...
One Piece: 24 (EXTENSION... Thanks to the first arcs it's not something like 10 pages per episode, ridiculous)
Naruto: 32 (Shippuden was sooooo bad at first, hilarious, dragging everything as if they do not want to reach the manga... Ok, STOP the series you a$$holes!!! XD Do seasons! HOWEVER they made some arcs afterwards very very good, from Sasuke vs Danzô to Jiraiya vs Pain. Unfortunately Naruto vs Pain AGAIN bad pacing, grrrrr)
Bleach: 49 (Not a bad pacing for one of the three big shonens. Thanks Kubo for ending it that "wonderful" way ¬_¬U)
D.Gray-Man: 50 (Not bad at all)
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso: 90 (wow!)
Death Note: 50 (Not bad at all)
Saint Seiya: 47 (this adaptation has a lot of CREATION filler, but thanks to Araki anime is much better than the crappy Kurumada drawings).
Rurouni Kenshin: 58 (Good, a pity it has a lot of CREATION too, and it was not finished of course).
Basilisk: 45 (Not bad)
Fullmetal Alchemist: 71 (Very good, talking about the remake of course).
Hunter x Hunter: 40 (Not bad at first, a little horrible since Chimera Arc starts).
One Punch Man: 121 (OMG... Unbeatable, like Saitama
Second season poor animation but still awesome pacing).
Parasyte: 89 (Epic)
Shingeki no Kyojin: 62 (Good, some parts better than others but overall this is great. Awesome adaptation improving the sometimes crappy manga drawings aswell).
Boku no Hero Academia: 40 (Not bad. I don't really like this series a lot, tho... No luck with this story, lucky people who can enjoy it a lot).
Captain Tsubasa (2018): 84 (Good as a whole, but it should have been even faster, several times they spent a lot of time doing nothing... Ep3 24 pages, Ep4 19 pages for example... WTF)
Kimetsu no Yaiba: 43 (Not bad... Still a little slow sometimes IMO, but UFOTABLE animation is a pleasure to look at).
Noragami: 77 (Good, but some chapters much better than others).
Sailor Moon: 45 (Talking about remake again, Crystal. It should have been much more, almost 2 chapters per episode and not 1, as they always did. Well, TOEI, we can't ask for too much).
I left some other series out of this list, cause they need a remake asap (Claymore, Soul Eater, Akame ga Kiru!... Although this last one had a good pacing, +80 pages per episode).
-
RE: One Pace
I disagree, my friend.
For me, and looking at the awesome pacing other series have (OPM, Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, Parasyte, etc…), One Piece pacing is not good, only at the beginning we could say that... But too soon they start doing only 2 chaps per episode, and unfortunately continue with 1ch/1ep soon afterwards (or even far, far worse, as you know. Stupid EXTENSION). TOEI prefer one episode per week, even if they destroy such a wonderful story, than to stop for a while and adapt another bunch of chapters next year or so (the seasons way so typical nowadays).
A long time ago I talked with Galaxy (IRC, but I have so many nicks, lol) and remember telling him why I do not agree with his decision of doing One Pace at only 2 chapters per episode. BUT...
1. The anime is being made SO bad that it would be impossible to do it with a better pace (That's why there are some One Pace episodes tooooo long, cause TOEI are always using the horrible EXTENSION filler).
2. We should thank them for doing this instead of start criticizing their work.BTW, thanks Galaxy & co for going on with your hard work.

RE: One Pace
Incredible there are people who prefer some filler over the original manga story. Well, this is the world we live in, no sense at all.
About the anime, One Piece is by far one of the worst adaptations ever (maybe only the ones that CHANGE the original story are worse; i.e. Fullmetal Alchemist, Soul Eater… Fortunately, FMA: Brotherhood came to fix the first one :D).
And "pacing" is one of the most important traits for an anime adaptation. Even One Punch Man s2, with such a bad animation, saves the day with an awesome pacing of 120+ page per episode (anyway, we watch anime expecting the most epic animation possible, I mean, something like OPM s1 or Fate).
Back to the "pacing" issue... One Piece was "not bad" at the beginning of the series. Goes to "very bad" about Skypiea and became "the worst thing ever" afterwards. Usually only 1 chapter per episode (WTF with this joke!) or even worse (half a chapter or less per episode). TOEI can't troll us more xDOh, well. They decided to use this kind of filler (EXTENSION) and the adaptation will never be good again.
Not sure if we can hope for a future remake, ala FMA:B... One Piece is damn too long xD
But you can keep your fingers crossed ^ ^ -
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Were you attempting to download tianwuya217's raw torrent on nyaa? If time allows and if you want, I can download, compress, and upload for you and others.
Oh, thank you very much. Don't worry, I have my own version of OP DCE (Digital Colored Edition). JPG and nearly unnoticeable compression, as you said.
DCRs (Digital Colored RAWs) are interesting but I prefer the translated ones. At first I was also storing DCRs but now only in english.
Still waiting for a good DCE of Naruto & Bleach, but it seems nobody cares x'''DThank you!
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Recommend to you two software for read comics, they can automatically switch single double page.
**Android:**Perfect Viewer
**IOS:**Comicglass
When you use it, you don't want a single-page edition comic anymoreOh, thanks a lot, mate. I use ComicRack, very happy with it. Have used Perfect Viewer and Comicglass in the past.
Interesting idea, anyway : )Edit: BTW, it's really worth it to have PNG version instead of JPG?
Same resolution and we are talking 44MB vs +250MB… So different... B&W we have several resolutions, but color edition we only have 1200px.Edit2: This guy was doing a very good job --> https://nyaa.si/view/1038891
Also PNG, which I don't think is worth it, but better that way. Converting to JPG is easy.
A pity he is not going on with the project. Vol. 83 but nothing more. The first volumes newly done were awesome. -
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Oh, thx for these new versions, guys.
I prefer single page edition (except for native double pages, of course). I usually use phone/tablet and it's quite better that way.
Anyway, good work : )
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
I prefer onlly digital, do not like physical copies. Limited space, I guess, lol
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
One more volume thanks to this anonymous wonder boy
One Piece DCE v083
https://nyaa.si/view/1094762Enjoy.
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Nope, Inishi, we were talking about colored edition.
I mean, we want colored 3000px res.
Or, at least, I want that. B&W is good, of course, but reading OP DCE is epicness itself.
So the higher resolution, the better.
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
3000px only for DBE (B&W english edition), we have never seen something like that in DCR (color RAWs).
-
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
I recall some people on here sharing the colored version in high resolution. Can't even navigate the threads properly anymore to find these people, but I guess barely anyone saved them.
Guess that was NOT high res, just .png instead of .jpg (+200Mb per volume).
But that's not what we all hope for.
Rising the 1200px resolution we already have to twice as much or even more (2400-3000px), that is what we all would like to enjoy. -
RE: One Piece digital-colored chapters by Shueisha v2
Sweet! You rule, Bernie. Thanks
