Everytime it's at its closest to the big planet, the massive low-tide at LRLL happens.
Aqua Laguna happens by a very set yearly earthquake'ish phenomenoa, similar to the knock-up stream.
The moon still takes a month to spin around the earth.

Anyway, it's not an NH3 topic, so let's just end it with saying that customization probably wouldn't fit very well in a crossover game.
No, not two moves each, two techniques each >_<
A technique is a special move (up up circle and down down circle), like Thousand Birds or Dynamic Entry. And there are 18 techniques in total, out of roughly 100, that almost everyone can use (certain characters cannot use certain techniques, like Lee can't use Thousand Birds and Exploding Shadow Clone, and certain characters can't specify their techniques at all, like the Sound four and any transformed character.), of which many suck, so it's not like every character is the same.
And besides, certain characters can't use the techniques as well as others ;D It's still a lot of weighing between pros and cons, perhaps just not as much.
I believe Toei gets their songs specially made for their animes that fits the themes.
So, yeah, song before animation.
Yeah, because they obviously won't balance the game.
I'm sure Goku will instantly win the moment he steps onto the field just by powering up.
Buccaneer - Why? The characters still have all of their individual moves, not to mention that there's still over the majority of the characters that doesn't have any techniques that you can freely use. There's only 18 diffrent techniques that can be used by everyone, and there's over 50 characters with 2 techniques each, so there's still plenty of individuality ;D

You can only switch up techniques (like Thousand Birds, Spiral Sphere, Konoha Whirlwind etc), not specials. I always use a Tenten with Thousand Birds and a healing technique, for example ;D
Metalvirus - Unless the ones playing are complete newbies, you won't get the specials off so often that you'll get tired of them (and most of them are pretty awesome, so you don't get tired of them anyway ;D).
It's a shame a great series like OP only seems to get mediocre games, while a mediocre series like Naruto gets great games =(

It'll be cliche if Usopp and Robin really quits the crew. Oda just broke the cliche that in most stories an character would leave premenantly or die.
It is? In my experience, most shounen authors doesn't have the balls to make any main character die or leave forever. In the worst case, they just forget about them (like Tien in GB).
And just for a frame, Luffy's teeth go clear in ending 13.
