Do NOT eat noodles cause it contains satured fats, which you cannot lose them by doing exercise but taking alot Vitamin C and drinking alot of water per day =/

Well I must apologize about me being alittle too harsh, and not concerning about the other problems and issues that other people might have. I was actually focusing on regular body type of people, To encourage a person from not being lazy have various way, and to make them start moving is to tell them its not all that difficult.
I actually disagree with the time being a valid excues, I mean..Come on, to spend 20mins outside jogging is really that hard? you got like 12 to 15hours in a day, can't people just take out 20mins to jog? I was lazy aswell so I completely understand the feeling. I am a fulltime college student now aswell together I have to handle the problems of my Cafe shop in China =/(while I'm actually not there but I have to read alot documents) I personally believe, If people can just stop staring the computer screen for 40mins and go out have a jog, come back ,rest abit and have a sweet shower would be such a big deal..
As I've mentioned, my way of losing weight is NOT the best way of losing weight but that's how it actually worked for me, eating just 2 apples may not be completely healthy but atleast theres something for your acid to burn, you may eat 3 apples or 4 apples if you like, Lunch can still be chosen with a regular meal with rice/bread/meats and vegetables. But if you're seriously on a diet, better eat fruits for dinner or even if you can handle the hunger then maybe not eating anything. Do not eat anything 6 hours before sleep is actually the best way, but I know it's actually pretty difficult, so Fruits are the best choice for dinner.
For your advice to add some more variety to my diet, I will look into more informations about that,Thanks for the advice, I will look through them. These days I'm on a serious diet because I've gained 19kg ever since that made me feel terrible.. 63k to 82-84kg ..so If i'm not doing anything about it, I'm sure I'm going to regret someday before it's too late.

Apple juice is actually fine aswell, but you better remember getting some apples home !haha , the apple skin is 1 of the most important part on eating apples for losing weight, so,you must eat them aswell !
