I think 100billion bounty isn't the type of thing Oda would do (thats just my thought) In my opinion, a person with a bounty of 700mill ~ 1Billion would be trully extreme already.. which can mean that that character is a huge threat to WG, perhaps WB was 1 of the biggest Threat, I wouldn't surprise if his bounty was 1.2bill to 2billion .. but definetly not 100Billion ..
Honestly, I understand the fact that it's just cartoons, but perhaps that fight shouldn't end too fast =/ Personally I'm getting annoyed with Mashima's battle scene structures, I don't know about you guys but it's seriously pointless to see battle scene ended with not much sense (atleast to me).
I definetly agree with some of you guys here about the bomb part, in that chap it truly looked stupid and I hope Mashima will explain about that part clearly later on ..If not, I'm starting to lose my interest on continuing reading Fairy Tail lol.

Got new glasses a couple of weeks ago, and I enjoy them a lot, finally i can read texts that are 20 m in front of me. im the tall guy.
