Super long posts are typically the better ones, they seem to contain a lot of heart in the argument.

I agree with @AGOG 's post pretty much, but I also think that Oda may not do that and just have her as a recurring side character like Bon Clay. But you never know, I mean, it may turn out that Oda was planning to have Perona join all along, he's the author, he'll come up with something good.

I don't think it can be denied at this point that she will have a future involvement of some kind. I can almost see her being roped into a huge chain of events. She obviously strives for companions. At least in the anime it showed that she was determined to keep that company around. I think she just has an odd an spoiled way of showing it.

Really? I mean…maybe one person would show up, but I doubt that they will all show up. I mean, where's the argument for that? I bet that some of the crew members don't even have access to papers. Not only that, but I bet without Nami, people like Chopper, Usopp, maybe Franky and definitely Zoro can't navigate to Marinefold, nonetheless get in. Besides, I doubt that this "War" will be longer than a few days at the most. In the manga, it's probably only been a few hours since they've even gotten there. I'm betting that most of them will go to SA, and if the War's still going on at that point, whoever is there will leave and try to go help Luffy...but we've had no indication that their even off of the islands they were sent to.

I agree, Perona's powers probably are not all inclusive, after all, Usopp did beat her, but, it was still on a technicality. It was just because he figured out her weakness (or rather, one of them) and basically scared her into fainting. That's not a full win really, it's just a technical win, especially since she wasn't beaten up, just scared out of her mind.

But in the New World, I bet there are a bunch of people that could find a way around her powers. Her Negative Horo is not an instant win. It obviously wears off in a few minutes, and after awhile, someone smart (and this makes up a good majority of the One Piece villains now adays) would be able to figure out a way around it, I'm sure. This is Oda, after all, he's the master at being able to do this stuff.

As for crew dynamics, I think it's perfect too. They need another woman, and I honestly don't think Hancock will join. And not because I dislike her, but because she would spend her entire time fighting with everyone who opposed Luffy, I have a feeling that she and Nami would constantly be at odds with one another and the only reason she would be in the crew whatsoever, would be to be with Luffy. Which would get so incredibly old. She doesn't have to be with him to survive, she just has to be off of the island and not suppress her emotions.

Perona would probably make a really good look out, and be able to find out things much quicker than the rest of the crew, as long as someone was watching her body that is. An informant if you will. Her powers would be able to come in handy to the Straw Hats. I know that people seem to really doubt her joining though, but apparently, it's a popular theory in Japan.

I actually ended up finding something perfect on Target. It'll just be a matter of making the sleeves…thank you for all of the help and suggestions! ^^ It was much appreciated!

That's what I'm doing with my Bonney cosplay since finding a material that already has the pattern proved near impossible XD.

I would make it longer, I wouldn't wear something that short in public. And thank you! I'll keep my eyes peeled for that kind of material.

I've been trying to find a fabric that would work with that, and so far, I've only found dance/swimwear fabric (that wasn't even really that accurate) or upholstery fabric. Does anyone know where I can find something that will work?

It's very hard for me to see Crocodile joining. I don't know why, but it just doesn't fit to me. Idealistically, there will be another female character, since it seems a bit too testosterone heavy on the ship, but then again, this is a shonen manga. As for the whole "boss" thing, I'm unsure about how to properly interpret that.

I mean "boss" could mean any kind of villain really, if you think about it. I guess I think about the games when I think of "a former boss" joining. I mean, there were the big bosses, but there were also minor ones, which I think should also be up for consideration. Honestly though, there is a while to go before the crew goes to the New World, unless, of course, something magically happens, and they're all reunited. It seems like now, Luffy will put going to Fishman Island on the back burner and finding the rest of his crew first. So there's time for new characters and "bosses" to appear and then somehow join the crew. Maybe. Just throwing that out there.

Where does it state that she'll die if she ISN'T AROUND HIM. I mean, didn't the same thing happen to Elder Nyon? She just left the island and then returned and she was fine. I don't see it stated anywhere that it's required that she be with Luffy, just that she get off the island. It doesn't mean she won't go back.
