His humour is not funny at all, and his skillset as a swords man is just overshadowed by zoro.

I agree with this. I tried to like him, but I am not able to care about him. He's overall a very uninteresting character.

I'd rather have things like Hancock fantasies, or Jinbei vs Mihawk, instead of long ass staredowns or power up sequences.

Well, I certainly don't want to see something like the in-famous Orochimaru's scene, coming back from the forest and staring at Naruto for something like 5 minutes or more, but I don't even want to see someone like Jimbei treated like an idiot.

IMO in this episode the animation looked like shit! Seriously, the moves of the Luffy-vs-Mihawk and Vista-vs-Mihawk fights looked like something taken from an anime of the 80s. Bodies always in the same positions, no real movements, just the same frame with different angles, deformed faces! Really, this animation is horrible. If that weren't enough, we got all those fillers about Hancock, again, and that stupid part about Mihawk and Jinbei, which is basically an insult to Jinbei. What the hell are they doing to this anime?
Another thing I noticed, it seems like there are at most 50/60 people in there! Where the hell did they put the huge-battle effect? If you compare this thing to the battle at Alabasta, this one seems like a little fight in my neighborhood!

Bad episode, too many fillers. By the way, does anybody know what happened to the previous voice actor of Mihawk? The voice is different. I liked the previous one, he had such a strange voice.
