You do have a point, CW. However I think you're being just a tad too hard for the dub. Miller was out of practice for Tenchi for awhile but by the end of the first episode he was ALMOST the same as before. But I definately know what you're talking about, but he was not FAR BELOW SUB-PAR.

Oh and for your Katsuhito and Nobiyuki question. In the first dub, yes the same man played both parts as in the Japanese version, but they could not get him to return. Shame, he was about on par with the original Jap VA.

Well...you only see the slingshot for about 2 seconds and it does make sense how Grandpa is able to GET UP and walk after that. If he was shot, it'd be a tad harder

It's from Japan. But it doesn't interest me. I don't watch Yu-Gi-Oh for the cards, I liked the story. GX is just a cheap way to sell cards in my opinion.

I actually think that they did that to make more money. They have to market the cards, and the memory arc is the least card-based arc in the show, so they had to keep the kids hooked somehow. So GX is like 100% cards, so it was perfect for them.

Well finally today the Memory arc started and I must say I'm impressed. Good voice acting by everyone, and no merged episodes. Just a few "death" cover ups, but they've done that all along, and it's standard of them.

I just don't know why 4Kids does decent with one show, and totally screws up another. You would think they could put the same amount of effort into everything.

It took a few lines for Sabat to get back into Jeece, but he nails it once again. The first FUNi Burter was Mark Britten but he long sense quit, but this new one is just fine. And the Captain Ginyu is almost a perfect replica of Dale Kelly (the first FUNi one, and the announcer)

Guldo is good too. But I think Recoome just sounds retarded. David Kaye, the Ocean Group Recoome was awesome. David Kaye is awesome period.
