Shimanuki cut was the best thing about this episode his monster drawing are excellent & the impact look brutal but damn his one of the weakest animator directors on one piece.

• Katsumi Ishizuka (Boundman punching Kaido at the end)

• Yoshihiko Umakoshi (most likely Law's attack)
• Masami Mori (Straw Hat showcase while Luffy, Zoro, and Tama ride the koma)
• Hiromi Ishigami (Zoro jumping and slashing the screen immediately afterward)

• Akiko Sugizono
• Meng Sun
• Ting-mu Yang
• Jun-wen Tang

Also, personal opinion and all but having to showcase complete scrubs like Holdem and Speed alongside the Calamities is kind of an indictment on the quality of the villains so far this arc.

Lol holdem and speed part XD not a fan in the arc in the manga but PAGE 1 is darn cool hope he gets more shine.

So if the opening isn't lying, while Nagamine's nominally the series director, Kureta and Komaki are sharing that position too. Welp

I imagine this means at some point one of kureta or komaki is going to take over from Nagamine which is usually what happens when there two series directors credited at toei.

I think i saw isamu takara do the sanji transformation part not sure.

I happy all these changes are made for wano but blugh I do not care about this arc in the manga so far.

Massive fan of Dressrose felt like whole cake was a step down but still good but wano arc has been boring so far, hopefully the anime filler can make it more interesting.

didn't notice aya komaki got upgraded to 5 star nice to see that, going to be interesting seeing her under the new composition studio.

893, 894 & 895 line up is looking super strong.

Yeah my money on matsuda aswell her style isn't far from hisada plus she did character design work on the navy base filler with the 3 navy base rookies.

shuuichi ito really changed his style to match ichakawa more.

I hope they go batshit and give the job to isamu takara mmm….love his clothing and muscles he draws.

One Piece Anime will have a new character designer!!! New character designer will replace Kazuya Hisada (he took up the position in 2009 until today).

Meh I don't like this news at all, tatsuya nagamine is very talented but I don't like disciple directors that follow other famous directors too much such as shigeyasu Yamauchi(his mentor, who like a mentor for every other famous anime director).

tatsuya nagamine as an episode director yes please!!!… but as a series director that's too much nagamine for me.

on the bright side he did a wonderful job on dragon ball super and this now free's up Fukazawa to do more episodes.

I hope he manages to get Ryōta NAKAMURA to do more episode for one piece that new guy is really good

HOLY SHIT i need to pick my eyes off the ground.

damn tomita, watanabe, ishizuka,tu,shida and all the other animators involved really out did themselfs.

ishizuka,tomita, kitazaki and tu have really improved this arc.
