"The guy with the elephant sword" is easy to get, just play the game and you will unlock him eventually

Kaku you get by clearing the one vs. one mode with 15 characters, on any difficulty. Note: This is the second option under zoro's mode in the main menu.

To unlock Don Kreg you have to make all 20 teams with characters in nico robins mode in the menu, Its annoying and takes time but its easy.
Gaimon is one of the only two characters Im missing

Any one know how to unlock Gaimon, im only missing him and of course roger

I don't recall getting anyone myself with 15 chars in battle royale. Bonney is 10 I think. I think I just got art for 15 and 20

Well acording to the wiki I'm missing guymon, I personally have no clue who that is

Hmm. I think you have to do the mission one down from the boss fight, then one to the left, with Akainu. This is off the top of my head. I will find the right answer for you if that doesn't work.

Haha I'm stuck at the exact same spot, I think you have to clear all of the objectives for every nightmare island mission. So far I cleared the 1st 3rd 4th 6th and 7th, the boss stage, let me know if you open it.

@cyberrobin hey, since you have every character but Roger, Im missing one of the characters from the arcade mode, Zorros mode. It says clear battle royel with 15 characters but I already did that, do you have to beat 1vs100 with 15 characters?

it's in marine ford on the left side, it's right above the level where one of the objectives is to clear with crocodile, I am pretty sure you have to an objective on a diff island to unlock it but I can't find the objective, and I have beaten almost all of them
