So Tatsumaki does have a limit, seeing her bleeding after using too much power makes sense, Fubuki was also bleeding after using too much power blocking Rover attacks.

Should be Levi so the poor guy finally stops suffering.

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
This was the first time we saw Tatsumaki smiling(in a non sarcastic way), she seemed to be happy that Genos turned out to be a useful enough to hold off Psykos.

RE: Shaman King Omake and TV Specials?
Something tells me Chocolove might be an issue in 2021.
His gag in the anime was funny
Im glad we are finally going to see the original ending instead of the Mecha oversouls.

One: It appears people misunderstood [these changes] as my instructions and suggestions, but it is Murata-Sensei who decided this series of revisions [Redraws]. These are his ideas and storyboards. [Therefore] Murata-sensei did some amazing chapters.

Ian was made more relevant than the previous version but its not bad, though imagine if Evil Natural Water kills the mercenaries.

RE: Black Clover
Maybe Asta will talk to his demon and they'll work better together. Yeah it's Naruto-ish but I feel it's probably the nex step for him.
Still believe that Asta will go 100% Demon mode the moment he sees Noelle close to dying.

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
Darkshine having a soft spot for Garou was really unexpected tbh.
-
RE: Black Clover
That's how you make good filler. Even if in this case it turns out is not filler but expansion of story.
Though imagine if its as long as Naruto and Borutos filler.

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
Murata said that he will release some redrawn scenes soon, so for some reason I dont expect any new chapter until next month.

RE: Seven Deadly Sins
Cath is probably the worst final villain in mainstream manga history, even below Ywach and Acnologia.

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
But really this chapter felt like I was reading Gantz and Berserk again, Psykos looks a lot like Slan.

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
And Murata said he will never draw a doujin.
Fanservice has been strong in the last 2 chapters(not complaining)

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
Saitama as well since Psykos was close in killing Tatsumaki.
The fusion turned out to be quite hax.

12 episodes and todays episode 8 ended in chapter 74, and next week should cover up to 78 at least because Sonic appeared in the preview.

I think Orochi might not be dead yet, he could pull a PhoenixMan…

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
S2 was doomed from the start because S1 staff was busy with Boogiepop, Mob S2 and Attack on Titan Season 3 Cour 2.
Chapter next week confirmed.

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
The second season is pretty meh, but also the source material isn't that great in comparison. Everybody complained about the martial arts tournament and the amount of "filler" (aka everything that wasn't in ONE's version, no need to have that discussion again). However…
The quality is inferior to season 1, with overuse of cheap animation techniques such as lines and colors instead of backgrouns during action scenes, a lot of cuts and zooms or repetitive motions. It feels like they've been strugling to keep the quality of the manga fights instead of improving on them, but I'll wait until I see Garou vs Metal Bat before judging on that.
I think they should bother put the effort in the Post Superfight material, thats what really matters, the tournament can be Berserk 2016 level of bad, at least we could laugh at it.

12 episodes, up to Elder Centipede fight.

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
Unless Garou wakes up, Orochi and Gyoro are completely doomed, if Saitama doesnt finish off Orochi, Tatsumaki will probably do it due to Saitama nerfing him.

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
Murata.
Hopefully Season 3 is at the end of another anime studio, you would need Bones to animate the MA Invasion Arc.

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
@Purple:
Neither of these issues are particularly well conveyed through the trailer, and the issue you're bringing up about writing, direction, and cut content are kinda things not going to be directly addressed in a trailer? Mob Psycho's issue with that has nothing to do with the studio doing it more that they had to cover a huge swathe of chapters and content in the span of a 13 episode season, kind of like Kaguya this season cutting ten chapters out of its season one adaption out of necessity (and still rushing certain parts to cover the main meat of the first segment of the manga). This is an inherent limitation of cour being built around 11-13 episodes and would likely be difficult to avoid unless there was more flexibility in seasonal design (and even then, Mob was a solid 13 episodes that covered the essential parts of the series and did it well. Also Kaguya). That wouldn't mean I wouldn't recommend people to read the manga (and for both series, I definitely have), but on the other hand, it's those sort of idiosyncracies of doing things that can only be done in anime that make the anime seasons worth a recommendation to watch as well because it takes advantage of the medium. Same with S1 of OPM given how insanely good it is (and is good for a casual anime watcher)
At least this arc for OPM was given some more breathing room between Garou's appearance and the Monster Association confrontation? Perhaps that's by design given that the whole martial arts tournament and stuff is completely new material written by ONE, figuring that Garou -> Monster Association would be difficult to adapt in one straight segment? But the trailer posted probably would do little to dissuade people otherwise from its inherently lower quality compared to Madhouse's production (which was astoundingly good even considering cut content and not considering the OVAs they produced). That doesn't mean that the season can't be good, but I would say that to assert that this low quality PV being posted first would have improved expectations is optimistic at best
There is a big chance S2 will have quite a lot of stills, but casuals love still frames(Jojo and Attack on Titans). I will say that if Season 2 resembles the likes of Toriko, Berserk, Kingdom S1 anime then yes it would be an utter failure.

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
@Purple:
The only thing it would have going for it was that it's clearly a pretty light promo in terms of what it would show off with no action scenes to really say "woooow they really turned down the animation quality"
But it still didn't show any of the mindblowing animation quality of S1 so not sure what it would have dissuaded otherwise in terms of complaints?
Writing and directing are more important than sakuga animation. Mob Psycho 100 Season 2 had excellent animation but rushed character development moments(Toichiro turning good) and they also cut a good chunk of the manga material.
Yeah, am I missing something? @LordPerucho?
The trailer shows still-shots, old material, Garou talking?
The part with Vaccine Man seems to be from Extra Chapter 80.9, I wonder if they will animate the extra chapters(one thing Season 1 didnt bother to do).

RE: Onepunch-Man (redrawn version)
If this was released weeks ago, there wouldnt have been a lot of complains imo.

At this point, I wont be surprised if Arthur revives, Escanor regains Sunshine out of nowhere.

RE: Seven Deadly Sins
Aside from the Purgatory stuff, the Holy War was worse than Naruto War and maybe on par with Spriggans and Quincies arcs.
