Well it could be another explanation.

! At the beginning of the fight, he tells Ain that he has nothing personal against her, he just has to return his friends back to normal. And with Monet, he just had to keep her from going after them so they could save the kids. I guess I could be proven wrong and it might be said later that he really does treat women differently in battle, but it could also just be that the goal wasn't to defeat them but to accomplish some other goal.

Man, those hardened remains are creepy as hell. I think Oda definitely took inspiration from the remains in Pompeii from the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius.

My favorite word is definitely shit. Not only is it great to say when you're stressed, it can mean anything you want. For example, "I have to go do shit." What does shit mean in that sentence? Anything you frikkin want! And I'm also a fan of ending words with "…and shit." Like yeah, I cure cancer and shit.

My least favorite is anything that ends with "sks." Like, tasks. Masks. Mollusks. How are you even supposed to pronounce that? It's so awkward.

I get shivers of dread when I read people start guess "PH doesn't have a Magnetic field becasue this event/that person" because I know,just know, that people think that Kidd/some event is for every island that has no magnetic field!
Has people forgotten that some islands in the New World just do not have a magnetic field? That is true, the Minister told Nami as they were leaving.
If there is an actual comment or hint to Punk Hazard did have a field and lost it, then then its more likely due to CC's experiments.

I do remember a specific line in one of the chapters that CC or someone else said that they went through a lot of trouble to make it so that PH wouldn't be picked up by a log. I think it was said in response to the news that G5/the Strawhats were on the island. I can't remember the exact chapter.

I really don't think it's farfetched, given Kidd's abilities and his involvement with CC. It would also make a lot of sense to hide PH from logs because of CC's secret experiments, especially if Kidd has something to gain from it.

Well whatever they did to keep the log pose from pointing at PH happened long before the phone call in this chapter, CC could have made an agreement with Kidd earlier. Obviously they had some sort of interaction before this.

Now that we know Kidd is involved, maybe he's the one that made it so Log Poses won't point to Punk Hazard? By changing the magnetic field of the island? Dunno if this has already been mentioned.
